lol my mate has just bought one of these hsv tool kits, to be 100% honest they are average lol, they arnt crap quality but they arnt anything to compare to "snap on" obviously lol

hey this sounds like an idea accept my muffler is welded to my exhaust piping, the next set of flanges are were it joins to the cat *sigh* so my question is can you make a cut after the muffler and put some flanges on to and also have a piece of pipe put in there to eliminate the muffler, i want to be able to interchange between strait through pipe and muffler......if that makes sense lol regards the other Sam

lol i started reading this thread and was about to post mine when i saw the post before mine had my car in it

yep wen you activate the indicators the orange shines straight through

lol this is what mine ended up looking like after i put plastic over the top of the orange, looks crappy and looks nothing like the fog light but i hate that orange in there alternatively you can smash out the orange lens and put in acrylic like one of the other members on here did to his, if ya wont info on this his username is "alpinestars" its looks alot cleaner and better than my method well hope this helps

well for a start my front fog lights work secondly i had this idea a few months ago about getting the clear lens and replacing the indicator, after opening the fog light assembly it was apparent that they were both different, see the pic i took of mine wen i opened it up, with mine in the end i just put plastic over the orange lol

as for were to get them uh sorry dont know but to stick them on the proper ones have something along the lines of double stick tape except its not a tape its kinda like a rubber texture and holds the eye lids on very well hope this helps sam

wgmg is cops that are rude for no reson it happened a while ago but i was cuming back from my uncles house with a car load of people (my family) and there was a booz bus on the other side of the road and also one "highway" patrol car in the middle watching the adjacent traffic (me).... as soon as i passed they take off and pull me over, they ask me why i had my fog lights on, at this time i didnt know it was illegal to have your fog lights on, he told me to turn them off and then asked me with a rude tone, why was i so stupid to drive with them on, i explained i didnt even know about it and he shoved a breathalyser in my face and told me to blow, i passed the he radioed into base and asked them wats the maximum penalty for a "p" plater with there fog lights carelessly on, then then came back and shoved a $100 fine and 1 demerit in my face and told me i should disconnect them if i dont know how to use them and sed goodbye..... fair enough i was doing the wrong thing but he didnt have to be rude about it

iv got the same problem at high revs in my s2 33 going from 3rd to 4th aswell, and once it has done it going from 4th to 5th, i went to a couple of places and they sed it might be cheaper to get a new box they say it a lot of work replacing the syncros i brought up that changing the oil to redline will stop it but they sed it will just hide the noise and will result in the gearbox needing a rebuild down the track i have yet to go to a few other places and suss it out

any approx prices on the kits going out?

just wondering..... with the whole airbag suspension setup how low when fully dumped are you thinking? few mm off the ground (for show use obviously) or.....? with 20's you are gonna re-fabricate the exsisting gaurds or go ready made custom ones?
