  5. they look awesome mate, had a good look at your car at small car sunday last weekend and it really did stand out, probably had something to do with being one of the few non silver r34s there! those gtr rims compliment it so well too, keep up the good work!
  6. dont mean to take over your thread but what are gtrs and gtt's?
  7. bayside blue r34 gtr vspec at the corner of glen osmond and hutt roads last night, what i would give to have my paintwork shine like that!
  8. R34 GTT with East Bear CF Bonnet, Top Mole and Front Spoiler Lip i know this is someones car off here because i got this pic off the forums, hope they dont mind me posting it up www.eastbear.co.jp powerplay sell east bear stuff so get in touch with them, located in sydney www.powerplayimports.com
  9. very nice indeed, after seeing those pics i now actually rate stock 34 gtt rims somewhat
  10. here are some photos of the gtt i was talking about, looks pretty hard to tell its a gtt, even has the brembo brakes, not a fan of the badges though
  11. i think anDru's input is the best, probably best going for the east bear kit from powerplay however as he said it is rather expensive in terms of what ive read about this in the past the actual gtr front bar is wider (due to the wider guards obviously) however can be stretched somewhat and put on, i dont know if the guards will just swap over and fit perfectly, also the bonnets for the gtt and gtr are the same dimensions however the hinges and latches are different, the spoiler wont be a problem but not sure about genuine gtr side skirts or rear bar, if your serious about it might just be best to go for the east bear ones there was a guy a while back on here who bought all the genuine gtr body parts from nissan and put them on his yellow gtt so it can be done good luck and hope you get the results your after without blowing too much coin
  12. r34 gt-t's came in TV2 Bayside for both series I and II but only for series I's built in 2000 like mine
  13. after a 34 gtr wing for my gtt, if anyone has one for sale or knows of any places that stock them, please let me know, would rather genuine but would settle for a copy if it has the carbon fibre piece, thanks
  14. Series 1 = 1998 - 2000 Series 2 = 2000 - 2002 My 34 is a 3/2000 and is a S1 so im guessing the SII came out from about june 2000 or so
  15. spotted a blonde in a silver 34 sedan on portrush rd about 3 this arvo, nice car
  16. im curious as to what the interior will look like, anyone know of any pics up yet on the net? i remember a few months back when the 2nd prototype was released that the windows were tinted out so you couldnt see inside the car
  17. i think they look really good! maybe a smaller decal on the bonnet would finish it off though in my opinion
  18. yeah just jap have 4 sets for sale, rather pricey though
  19. am after one volk challenge rim as my front passenger side rim has seen better days, if anyone has one or knows of any for sale please let me know, know it will be unlikely to just get one on its own but worth trying, thanks
  20. followed two red wine r33's down rundle street this morning just before 4, followed one further down hindley before turning off to pick up some people, cars looked very nice together indeed
  21. in theory with the cheaper setup you do still need to replace the bonnet, basically the main difference between the two setups is that the more expensive one is a whole new front bar with added on bottom lip and new bonnet the cheaper setup uses the current gtt bonnet with added on bottom lip and a piece called the 'top mole' basically because the gtr bonnet is cut straight at the end and the gtt bonnet has the piece folded over filling the gap as such the top mole fills in this gap when combined with a gtr bonnet to give that gtr look after doing the numbers via the powerplay website the difference in price is as follows $2,850 Top Mole = $380 Front Spoiler = $570 Bonnet = $1216 = $2,166 hope this helps
  22. id be interested too depending on final price
