  1. 40's too thick for running a turbo. Try sumthing like a 30 weight. 5's ok on the lower end, 0 would be better for starting. Think even the manual for an RB recommends a 30, sumone may be able to confirm. There's also a sticky up top on oils.

  5. U've been waiting since June and u've paid for it? Damn thats pretty bad customer service. Ive been trying to get in contact with Powerplay as well for the last 3 weeks just for a quote, no pickup's, no calls returned. Are they still in business?
  6. Looks like theres still plenty of ground clearance. Has the car been lowered - coilovers/springs & by how much?
  7. I think the difference between a 33Gts-t & 34Gt-t is more than $3k, quite alot more comparing ones with similar mods & condition. If not u either got jibbed on ur 33 or u shoulda got the 34, much better looking inside n out and better performance. Perthiscool - i think u may find the deciding factor could be cost, there's a big difference in cost between the 2 bars.
  8. Just a thought but the weights from the wheel balancing hasnt come off has it? Happened to mine and since it fixed itself for the day maybe it came off after the day.
  9. Cheers. Anyone know the housing size? Am i gonna need a AFM and injectors upgrade with this turbo? Any other mods required? NYTSKY - i was initially gonna Hi-flow it but mates selling the HKS so if its a direct bolt-on, not much lag & for the right price i may be better off with the HKS.
  10. Anyone here runs a HKS GTRS on their 34 Gt-t? I wanna know wot its performance is like, lag, worthy upgrade, bang for buck? My current mods - Power FC with Apexi boost ctrl, FMIC, pod, turbo back with split dump. Will i need a AFM and injector upgrade for the above turbo? Cheers to those who can help.
  11. U'll need the fenders as well on top of everything thats been mentioned, GTR bumper is slightly wider that the Gt-t. A slightly more cost effective alternative would be to get the East Bear GTR bar for Gt-t but this will still cost u quite a lot.

  13. Nuh leave out the wing, cleaner lines without them. Who needs a big wing anyway, not like ur gonna be travelling at 300km/h n need the downforce... and ur only asking for a yellow licky if u had one. Would finish it off nicely if it had the front lip tho IMO, if only one was available for the Gt-t... Nice photography btw Forged, good use of lighting.

  15. Or too lazy to use one. Ive recently seen so many repeat posts of & sometimes silly, mindless questions that could so easily be answered with the hit of a search button. Too many users have just jumped on & ask questions without thinking. I just answered another one in the stereo section, someone asking where a store is? Ummm... Did a google search and 1st result was right there. Could have just as easily been answered with a white pages search. It amazes me sumtimes.....
  16. If u spent a couple of mins doing a google search or thru the white pages, u would've got ur answer right away instead of wasting postage space here n waiting for an answer. There's one in Balcatta & Vic Pk. Also plenty of other good stereo stores around, Audioart, Westside, Alberts...... do a SEARCH!!
  17. Doesn't anyone use the SEARCH button anymore? This question has been asked b4 last one a week or 2 ago. As mentioned above, heat gun/hair dryer & sharp knife, becareful with the knife tho.
  18. Didnt u post this question b4? I seem to remember answering it. Anyway, as mentioned above this front bar is the Nissan Factory option, some call it Nismo bar though i believe its not actually the Nismo bar. Well ive got one of these front bars(in plastic) n ill be changing it to an aftermarket one in the coming mths. Mine's in great nick, no cracks, few scratches on underside as u'd expect but would have to post interstate if u really want it, we can talk the sphincter of the universe, pm me.

  20. The bottom lip for the Top Secret front bar is not available for a Gt-t, not that i know of anyway. Im chasing one myself. U can get a genuine Top Secret CF one available only for a Top Secret GTR but it would cost u an arm n ur left nut. The next best idea i could come up with was to get someone to make this lip up, no idea how much it would cost tho and im thinking it'd probly be better made of plastic rather than fibreglass since its at the bottom & may need to take abit of a beating from the speed humps & kerbs. Anyone have experience with moulding kits or had one custom made for them? Would like to hear ur thoughts on this and the cost involved. Hey Forged not trying to hijack ur thread but thought u may be interested in this as well.
  21. Ive been eagerly awaiting ur results Forged, its finally here. Wooo... Looks mint mate. Did u end up using Impul skirts? Which rear bar did u go with or r u still deciding on that one? Im leaning towards the GTR rear atm. If its not too much to ask, can u get me a few more pics of both front bar & Impul skirts from different angles? As u know this was exactly the kit i was gonna be going with, was just awaiting ur results. Lemme know how the fitting went and also quality of the kit.

  23. Sides look like the GTR skirts, its probly a full GTR kit (maybe East Bear) modified to fit a 4 door. The fronts definitely a GTR, bonnet & hinges would have been changed to fit the front bar, whether the front bar was shortened or the fenders modified to fit the front bar im not sure coz the GTR front(at the fenders) is wider than the Gt-t.
  24. Isn't that just a Nismo front bar? Looks like the front bottom part is just painted white, normally comes black from the factory. Also added is the front lip for a Gt-t. Im probly gonna sell mine when i get my kit together, but may not be for a little while yet.
  25. Didnt know they made a GTR kit for a 4door or does a 2 door kit fit on a 4 door anyway?? Hmmm... Post sum pics when its debadged, im thinkin of doin the same but bot sure how it'll look so u can be the guinea pig
