  1. How did you move down the climate to the bottom ?? I would like to do the same, i have a double din radio and i want to move it to the top
  2. for those with R32, this will not work. I believe it is the same for the s13. as our bulb are smaller. so you'll need 3mm leds. 5mm is a bit too big and it will not go through the hole.
  3. i thought yours was newer than mine, since you got a clear lense that goes over the plastic surround. i used a rubber from under the shifter boot from an old honda car. I cutted to fit the hole. i have done a DIY thread in this website, you can check out all the pictures. i think you must register to log in. http://forums.gtrcanada.com/viewtopic.php?t=10475 thanks for your post, it was very helpful to do my retrofit.
  4. you are right! No one will remove it with a screwdriver. Now i still want to check if the timing belt was change. Can someone tell me if it is easy to remove the CAS? Just unbolt and mark down where the bolt sit, and remove? Then put back at the same position??
  5. the sticker was broken on the side, probably due to its age. if you look carefully in the picture, you can still see a part of the sticker covering the screw. I doubt that someone will put back the sticker after opening the CAS.
  6. No, i dont have any service record. Seller said it was changed but i dont believe that. There is a sticker on the radiator, but i believe it is to show that the radiator liquid flush got change. No sticker on the timing belt cover. I do believe that the sticker on the screw of the CAS is stock. I remember seeing a low km skyline and it got that sticker on the screw that looks fresh from the factory. Is it easy to remove the timing belt cover? I would like to have a look at it, but im afraid to mess up with the timing from the CAS.
  7. My crank angle sensor still have a sticker on 1 screw. Does it mean that my timing belt hasn't been changed?? Seller told me that timing belt was changed. By looking at the sticker here, it looks like the stock sticker. Can someone confirm the sticker. i have 100000km on my R32 gtst. So i guess it is time to change.
  8. Ronin, we need more pics of your headlight. here are mine. Almost done with my e46 retro. mounted with screw into the bracket i will try to find a chrome bezel to put around the projector cutted the back to make the hole bigger testing nice cutoff Found a chrome bezel at my local hardware store in the plumbing section. TADAM!! I cannot believe that it fit perfectly. Hidplanet are selling some custom made bezel for $43 usd /pair. and these cost me $5 each
  9. i started my retrofit using E46 projector. They are very similar to the honda euro. here are some pics. e46 projector e46 projector with the bracket fitted inside the headlight Back of the headlight. now i will have to screw the projector to the bracket and use soem jb weld. Then cut the back of the headlight, so i can fit the bulb adapter
  10. i'm doing the same retrofit, but i'm using the e46 projector. i have the same problem as you, the projector are smaller in lenght. So i will have to cut the back, in order to fit the ballast adapter wire to the bulb.
  11. Do you think it will be good if we only replace the stock projector with an hid projector? So i will keep the stock h3c bowl and put an hid cutoff shield with an hid projector. Then, buying an hid h3c bulb kit. is that a good? i'm just thinking that it will be easier, but i'm not sure how the h3c hid kit will light up.
  12. the bulb will be different for the cluster DIY link for R32 cluster http://www.pinnacledetailing.com/greg/LED_Conversion/
  13. thanks for the help, i will check that out. yes im from canada, and we have all the map here i ordered the pioneer avic d1 i will put the gps sensor on the top of the trunk lid
  14. I have ordered a pioneer navigation system. I need to know where is the speed sensor wire?? is it ok to use the #53 pin on the ecu ? also, if anyone know where is the backup wire when we go into reverse gear. it is for an r32 gts-t thanks
  15. i see that your pictures are a bit different from a r32, but is almost similar. It seem to be easier on a r33, because on the r32, my tensioner bolt is in my last picture, and it is underside of the powersteering which is hard to reach. I will only replace my belt, so i wont do the whole step, but it is a good write up for someone else thanks
  16. thanks guys, i found that nut... but it is damn hard to get to it... i took out my intake pipe out, and still hard to get there. i will have to find a long tool
  17. HI, I need to replace my power steering belt. Can you tell me which bolt i have to unbolt in order to make the belt loose??
  18. I got my gts-t r32 last month. Im wondering, do corner light ever light up? My corner light has 2 bulb, and both are used as a flash blinker. When I turn my light switch to the middle position, The little bulb inside my headlight light up and the tail light. When I turn my light switch to the last position, my normal headlight light up with the taillight. So my corner never light up, is that normal?
  19. Wrong, Only gts-t Type M has the 4 piston caliper like the z32. Regular gts-t like mine, have the s13 200sx brake.
  20. for me, it was easy to remove but to put the back on, was a pain. there are 3 hanger on the top, and i was able to hang 2 of them, the third one would not fit in. so i left it like that
  21. thanks for the reply, i dont know if #1 will work, as the belt is really tight, i dont think we can push the belt on without tearing the belt apart. as for #2, seem to be a bit more difficult, (yes the silver pipe has the bov on the right) . I will check this out
  22. I have noticed that one of my belt is misaligned. As you can see on the pics, the belt has 3 teeths, and one of them is outside. is that the a/c belt? Could someone tell me how i can put it back correctly? which part should i loosen up, so i could put the belt properly?
