The lattest version of HPI has a list of common faults in it.

The only 98ron fuel I can get is optimax and there is currently a shortage, they pumped out what we had left and trucked it out some where else. Now we have no optimax:(

Sounds like the laser is on it's way out if so it would be cheaper to just purchase another CD player. Some of the new CD's they are releasing are burnt a little different to try and stop copying them but as a result some of the older CD players find it harder to read, check all of the CD's that you know worked fine with it and if it does it with them, then it's most likely your laser.

What one did you get? Is it the CDA-9815.

I rang suuncorp/metway about 2 months ago and they quoted me about $980 a year with $1000 excess and no one under 25 aloud to drive, but I didn't get my car until last week so when I rang them up again I was waiting for a big difference in price but I ended up getting comprehensive cover also with a windscreen a year for $1047 still no one under 25 aloud to drive it and it's $1000 excess. I'm a rating 3. They didn't care about a couple of speeding tickets and I also asked them about mods and I got told as long as I inform them of the mods it's all fine and there not illegal mods. He said they only really worry about the mods if your under 25.

Hi all I got my R33 GTST (auto) a week ago, it has 88400k's on the clock (well that's what the odo says) anyway after a a bit of a drive when I stop and shift it from drive to park it makes a bit of a whirring noise the noise sounds like its coming from around the timing belt area it only lasts about 15 to 20sec, the alt, ps and ac belts are all in good nick. But even when just sitting there and I move the Auto lever from park to reverse or to drive then back to park it makes the noise. So I'm looking at changing the following: Timing belt Idler Bearing Tensioner bearing Crank & Cam seals Water pump Thermostat It's a bit hard to describe the sound but what I'm mainly after is abit of info on, if anyone has done this of late and was able to give me a rough estimate on price and where is the best place to get these parts from? Any help would be appreciated.

I just got my R33 on Friday, anyway upon inspecting I found that the compliance place had already done most of these things. New Fuel Filter New Air Filter New Oil Filter Changed Oil Changed Coolant I haven't checked the plugs as yet or the fuel injectors and I reset the ECU myself wasn't sure on that either. You might find that a lot of it has been done for you.

Ok I just tried then, I got like four stations they where not to clear but they where there. The thing is I live in Central Qld so I don't know exactly what is available out here.

No problems at all with FM stations but I havn't tried AM stations.
