Try as doc said. drain and refill the power steering fluid. If not then most likely its the pump. Get it from any importer place. Wreckers etc. Good luck buddy hope it works out

The guy MRGTR has all the stuff you need. Give him a call. If not you can call my bro steve from Sydney on 0411107654 and I know he has a few Gts4 gearboxes lying around.

Dont worry its nothing serious. The solder on the light connectors on the back get loose or dirty over time an dthe lighst eventually dont work. If your good at pulling stuff out of the dash then give it a go but honestly a auto electrician can do it for you in 30 minutes. My 180sx and Skyline did it too. The skyline also has a nother prroblem. The digital display lik ethe fans and degrees go funny and display odd chracters. IF you bang it then it will come back to normal. BUt best off getting qualified people to repair it. Same problem there too as in solder and dirtiness as the culprit.

Best way and this works every time. Recharge battery and drive around until car plays up again. if it doesn start get a block of wood and hit underneath the tank and the acr should start. This will tell you straight away if it is the pump. The jolt along should start the pump again. usualy pumps start to die slowly and intermittently.

Damn Quad throttle bodies with Turbo and 184kw from factory! The gti-r had the best version of the sr20det for 8 years until the S1 came out.
