dont think klms would say much - if the car drives well, then thats all that matters. Mine supposedly had 73,000 when i bought it (96 R33). 7,300klms a year? I didnt trust it, but went on the overall feel of the car and how it drove. Its probably done more like 150,000klms. If you are thinking of getting the 34, then get a full test done at a performance workshop - thats the only way you will know if the car is a dud or not. No idea about the tiptronic though - but from my experience driving other cars with tiptronic - i find them to be a waste and they divert your concentration from driving the car to focusing on changing. Manual FTWl!

have seen that in some of the cars that i was looking at when I was test driving etc....thought it was pretty amusing to say the least...but the japs think of everything.... wonder what they do with the flares that they take out during compliance....

warranty is only good for big problems with the car such as the turbo.....the AVWG people wouldnt help me when my welsh plugs gave way.....so yeah...if you get a very good condition car, then you wouldnt need a warranty

man..such a nice car that is....jeremy clarkson did a comparison between yesteryear cars and the cars of today...and yeah he was head over heels for the f40.... i was just thinking - if i bought that car, it wouldnt be at 1000 klms for long....i just wouldnt be able to keep it in the garage as a collectors item, id wanna drive it atleast every weekend.....i dunno how these guys resist and not drive it.....

i had to wait 3 months to get a part from japan...so yeah i know what its like to wait...but the wait is worth it. Im sure that waiting for a high quality turbo will be worth it as well. Some maybe carless, and yeah thats a bad feeling - but better than driving the car with a f**ked up turbo and making it worse (id be happy to keep driving my 82 civic if my turbo was f**ked up and had to wait for a replacement)

+1 there was another dude who kicked up a huge fuss and started a thread saying negative shit about SP when it turned it wasnt the SP turbo playing up, it was something else on his car or something (do a search u will def find it - it was a huge thread). Lots of people have been happy with Aaron's service, so if there was a problem, pm-ing him would ahve been the best option....quicker response from the man himself too anyways, alls well that ends well...enjoy the turbo
