  2. HOLY CRAP IM IN i think... im pretty sure i was yelled at and wasn't given the chance to make a decision... i wont be driving down though, just shotgunning and drinking and generaly running a muck
  3. thats why you buy 6x9s so you can have the punch without the sub... i would look more into 6x9s if you dont want a sub... subs are getting pretty cheap nowadays, i could lend you a shitty one most of my friends have one or two of my old subs in their car
  4. hehehe fr33sm thats nick i think... if that is indeed his name... he was at auto salon nice guy
  5. yeah I figured out the problem... its the flux capacitor... needs to be fixed... thanks for the help
  6. 100% true... also very well organised... most acts they do are illegal... shooting anything, carrying a weapon, trespassing, violence, speeding etc etc... but most of these are done to enforce the law for others... they always jump into a fight and break it up because they have to... its when you see acts going on that dont really benefit anyone but themselves that you start to question it... a defect notice and fine for loose floor mats? i have a feeling sometimes all they want is money... personally, i love the police unless you have mates with guns and ammo that will speed through traffic to come rescue you whenever you need, you should love them too
  7. no your right, it was an ongoing joke from the AGM in my eyes, they exist synonymously, but governed by two seperate bodies... Another PM sent, as it really isn't on topic...
  8. come now... i thought the club and the forums were seperate also, all that was unnecessary, i have also seen the work they did, they were pioneers, leaders in the business, doing what others couldn't... i never said their work was shonkey, i basically said im a tight arse... didn't have to go all lawyer on me Pm also sent
  9. now is not really a good time for me to be putting down money on trivial things... that, and i may be able to make them myself
  10. yeah, cause you know my history so well Liz... *rolls eyes* im sure theres a smiley for that... and any time sweetie
  11. quotes my friend... i never went through with anything though... friends did, they had a larger pocket then me, and were happy with the work just my personal observation... freedom of speech states im allowed to voice it
  12. spotted 3 skylines, one white 33 in hornsby near the medical centre, looked nice another dark grey 33 with the plates SKYR33 and then a 34 on pacific highway in turramurra
  13. im running 60... and if i run anymore, i run the risk of blowing the amp, not just the fuse... you can never have enough doof doof my friend
  14. hmmm very possibley
  15. im assuming people got sick of them over charging? i never got any work done there, but i can vouch for how good they were...
  16. shoulda left it on would have suited your car PS: it wasn't me
  17. I love TLA's yeah i posted it up there yesterday... they were all very kind in telling me that my wiring isn't big enough, and that my grounds weren't good enough... but other then that, no real help... i'll do my last test tonight hopefully, then send it off for repairs...
  18. well thats pretty weird... wouldn't you just be like, sure, we'll pay the 50k... meet us outside horsnby police station so we can swap... but seriously, the modified car game is weird... someone i know (not very well) had his show cars blown up... he left the country... why would you bother... they're just cars???
  19. it will sound a lot better with the crossover and tweeters... if your just running the speakers, dont worry about the crossover... there should be a little triangle of black plastic that covers up the wires that go to your side mirrors, clip that off and mount your tweeters there...
  20. capacitors? what kind of car is it? what kind of screens are they? what brand head unit etc etc...
  21. the fuse melts without a signal going to the amp... as soon as the amp is activated, it melts... it never used to, hence why i have come to the conclusion that this is not normal people tend to over compensate wiring, i dont know why... 2ga is over kill... 4ga might be a bit better, but its got 8 gauge plugs in it, fitting 4ga would be rather difficult, though i may do it down the road when i come to a boot isntall that is more then temporary... yes, R33... and its back on the battery cause it is pretty much the closest, and best ground point... the amp is 3000wattsrms at 4ohm mono i believe, the subs are 1000watts rms each... I think 100 amps is a bit much also, there is a higher chance of damage to the amp if that were to happen... though i will make a thread on CAA thanks for your advice... anyone else??? please
  22. im bumping this... simply cause i dont want to believe i have to get the damn thing repaired...
  23. want me to rip your car apart for you at SNS? i dunno, come talk to me... im sure we can sort something out
  24. +1 thats how you should have it set up, you will never hear the clarity you want if you put good speakers in the back... keep your good speakers, splits preferably, for up the front, then just have a decent speaker for the back that helps with volume
