  2. ive got a 3'' metal one and its been in the car for 3 years it works for me,i think you pay for what you get.some jap ones like hks are $1200 so $160 one will work but i think if your tring to get every kw you can find wich may only be 5-10 kw more than get a larger cat for better flow or pay the big money.
  3. thanks nisskid for staying on the subject whether its safe or not. and thanks for the input guys im thinking of 255/35 all round or 255/35 f 265/35 for a bit more rear traction cos my 17/255/40 are just no good.also are staged size tires better for track or not as ive noticed a lot of front and rear being the same size on FR cars

  10. good stuff how did the car feel over all was it more or less stable than be for ? could you push it in corners and exit quicker than be for ? im up for 255 fronts and 265 or 275 rears on 10'' wheels f&b on my gtst
  11. my sponsor is buying the tread,and as for 309kw i hope to be up to 330kw by that day with new products. one quick thing i can't remember why 40 in front and 35 in back i did that with my 17 45f and 40 back but i can't think why i did it...lol i was thinking 35 in the front to make sure i clear everything under load in corners.
  12. i have a track day coming up soon and i have 18x10s front and back on a r33 gtst now what would be the go with stretched tyres ill be only doing 4 to 5 laps at a time one which is a warm up and one which is a cool down (don't ask) so two laps at full pace,what do you guys think about these sizes. F 245/40 R 245/40 F 245/35 R 245/35 F 255/35 R 255/35 F 255/35 R 265/35 as for brand any ideas they must be UTQG rating higher than 100 and um (wtfit) thanks.

  17. Skyline Model = R33 GTS-t Series I.5 Wheel diameter = 18 Wheel width = 10 Wheel offset = +22 Tyre size = 245/40/18 Modifications to fit = Rolled front, lipped and pumped rear by 5-8mm (front not done yet but that's all it needs) + i have next to no camber with a bit it would be nice.

  19. i was told that 40 would be to hard to fit and then all i heard after that was blar blar blar blar....... i was also told the rims will not fit but i also heard blar blar blar,.....

  21. no your car is not there just a white 34 and a sickkkkkkk 33 the offset is 22 on all rims, my guards are liped at the back and pumped 5 mm front are stock
  22. the new hpi mag came out with a fat r33 gtst with 18x10 and i would like to know where he got his guards done or if anyone knows who can do a good job in sydney to fit my fat 18x10ns on my gtst.
