  7. interesting variety of jobs. personally, i am a Customer Relations officer at telstra. detail with customer complaints and whatnot....so basically i get people yelling at me all day, what a job ey!
  8. is the grille still there? if so how much u lookin at? and wat colour is it?
  9. whoaaa all teh way back from page 3!! heh i dont know why its illegal for a p-plater to drive an r33gtst(u can drive rb20det r32 legally). as ive been reading so much in this thread, it comes down to the driver. If you cant handle the power, fine...get out of the car and get something else. But what about some of us that drive our cars daily in a normal matter? us that use our skylines because we enjoy the ride? why should we have to wait until we are off our p's to enjoy this? just because some people have been stupid and crashed their modified cars and now there is this steriotypical view on p- plater skyline drivers?
  10. Big issue here i guess. all you people saying that p platers should not be driving these kinda cars, i disagree...to an extent. I read somewhere in this thread that it is the drivers knowledge of these cars and how to handle them which is a major factor in all these crashes. Taking away these cars for p platers, then letting them drive them again when they are off their p;s is pretty much the same thing; they still have no experience in driving these kinda cars. FAIR ENOUGH that some people do grow up and are more responsible on the roads after their p plate period has experied..but what about these people that are just off their p's and are driving these cars for the first time? if they have never driven this kinda car, they wont know what to expect, so its kinda the same thing. and what about these p platers that have these kinda cars taken off them, and then are suddenly able to drive them off their p's? do you think they have learnt anything in that period? i personally dont. what the govt. SHOULD do is enforce these driving courses and things that like that, which will BENIFIT drivers. taking the right to drive a car away from a person, then letting them drive it again in a year or 2 isn't really doing much. It is sad that there are dikheads p platers out there that feel the need to be stupid like this, and ruin the driving experience for the rest of us younger drivers. it is because if their acts of stupidity, like drag racing or doing burnouts in a crowed place, that we all have to suffer. like leewah said, "Take it off the public roads you farking jokers and stop thinking your're better than you really are". well thats wat i think guys Raz
  11. whoa lot of stuff to read in regards to this officer, yeah he is pretty strict...but he kinda has a right to be in a way. In terms of givin out dodge defectives, yer thats not on. in terms of power to weight, i know this dude is really tight on it, but i guesssss he does have a point. wat i wanna ask him in reference to P/W is why they dont include driver weight into it, because if the p plater is in question, their weight becomes part of the cars weight, i dunno. just havin a rant Azron: personalised plates man, it attracts attention. when i had normal plates, nothin happened. as soon as i got personal plates, i been pulled over heaps. all abotu attention sadly LAST THING guys, be careful wat u say in these forums, because i know 100% they do read these....so just watch out
  12. ah thats exactly wat i want...except for an r33 hehe. u cannot do that flex wire thing with the r33's as the panel where the skyline letters are is clearish and not filled. but that looks really good hehe
  13. didn't we plan this last time somethin happened?
  14. is there a place to buy these panels with these lights in them? like..other than nissan?
  15. these come for r33's aswell right? i dunno where to get em hehe
  16. i thnk syd has one, in vic i believe u gotta call up vicroads. i haven't found on yet
  17. ejheheh, u got less than a month...i got a year+ man mcmn: hmm.....i personally dont think this thread is full of people envy'ing the fact that i have a r33...as most of them have r33's too hehe. but i will take this to vicroads, see wat they have to say about it i guess, hopefully somethin good will come outta this! thanks for the replies guys, helped me heaps
  18. heheh true dat nav, im not goin to knox now heh Acsplit man, im not lookin for an excuse to drive my car. fair enough its over power to weight, i honestly didn't think it was and yer, i got done. all i was askin in the first place was that if i get some form of proof that my car outputs a power figure lower than factory standards, will they accecpt it?
  19. yer i dunno wat im gonna do, atm im too stressed with exams to deal with this crap
