  1. More than you can imagine, one of the highest turnover industries out there I reckon. Getting a job easy keeping a job very hard. And like anything theres doing something and doing it really well and being successful
  2. Hey Dezzmang we still friends right? for what it's worth I don't care that much but stirring the pot is always enjoyable. I'm off to compete with an unskilled migrant!
  3. Profit is evil.
  4. But it's already like that for us, thankfully people see the value in using me and my company over them most of the time as our results are better but real estate is completely deregulated so your point has no basis at all. I could sell your house for $5 or $15k nobody will stop me if I'm willing to work for it and your willing to pay it that's what it is.We actually have a rate set by the market - they choose to pay it as opposed to the thuggery tactics unions use to impose their will. Lexus cash brah s'all good
  5. Well We could just get other skilled migrants or non unionized folk to come and finish the job Oh wait.. Oh nope Union won't allow that
  6. Could be. although it it'd be horrible for baby boomers
  7. Even if and when it bursts people still won't be able to afford it. I mean just imagine houses got so "cheap" everyone could afford one what do you think will happen? Oh prices will go back up again surprise surprise so the reality is some folks are destined to rent or they need to get a better job.Oh and the bubble bursting majorly will still make it unaffordable cos guess what else happens when a bubble bursts the economy goes with it then people will be begging just to have a job let alone get penalty rates
  8. When you post up pay slip we can determine that.
  9. S'all good for me $$$$$$. Don't even have to do night shift either
  10. yeah then they can like buy a house.. Or drive a car
  11. really? Those poor folks. lawl
  12. 55 bucks an hour? Who gets out of bed for that?
  13. Pls do.
  14. meh whole things a beat up. If u can afford it buy if not rent. Been that way since I dunno forever. Houses are expensive in basically every first world country - do you think London is affordable? New York?
  15. Dis man knows wassup. Not to mention is that the declared income after deductions? I'd assume so Bs article is bs.
  16. Back when earning where probably in the hundreds at best
  17. This x10000
  18. soo not really applicable. aiming for a blue chip suburb straight up may as well say your first car is going to be a audi r8
  19. where'd 13 come from? http://www.smh.com.au/business/property/house-price-metrics-headed-to-new-highs-barclays-20150302-13sc2l.html quick google but couldnt find 13 anywhere?
  20. Oh yeh my bad. we were talking about affordability which makes 1x wage largely irrelevant when it's obvious they'd be unable to compete with 2x wage
  21. This makes no sense to me whatsoever.
  22. In most instances there is has been since early 90s
  23. Based on the average it cost your mum 5.7 times the average wage. I don't think it's changed all the drastically factoring dual income and interest rates
  24. What was the multiple of wage tho to prove point ?
