  1. Muz I've found you need to do as much as you can yourself when you live in NQ or drive the 15 hours to Bris.. . Out of interest what timing are you running in light cruise say 60kmh.
  2. Don't know why the same boat that supplies T'ville supplies Mackay
  3. count me in as well possible to do cap and no shirt....
  4. sounds like a lot of fun. so if you see a red Gts ser2 say Hi
  5. Hi welcome to the forum also from T'ville.
  6. sounds normal for a vacuum reading. I take it also reads above 0 on the positive side ( boost ) your gauge reads in PSI most read in inhg for vacuum and PSI or Bar for pressure.
  7. Jim X with the engine at TDC the crankshaft key will be 12o'clock intake cam mark 10 o'clock and exhaust cam 2o'clock. you may have to turn the engine over a few times to align your marks. Cheers
  8. Hi yes possible castor rods any idea on brand names ? pricing
  9. I'am also in need of castor rod bushes and have looked at std & urethane the std urethane no offset are the cheap option, but offer no adjustment. I,am looking for something adjustable at a reaonable price. The closer you get the alignment to correct the better for tyre life. Have a look at these options http://www.uniqueautosports.com.au/images/...ds_Mvc-064f.jpg
  10. guys is there any difference between GTR33 and GTS33 cam gears.
  11. worn sensors can fail in all sorts of ways. As they get older thay tend to slow down in operation and instead of being able to very quickly respond to mixture changes thay take there time causing high fuel usage.
  12. guys unless the wreakers are giving away o2 sensors do youself a favor and buy a new one. One that will work the second you install and not cause you more problems than your old one. o2 sensors wear out.
