High mount or low mount?? What style flange??
  15. Is the battery in the boot? If so is there an inline fuse between the battery and the front of the car?? Might be worth checking if you have power at the front of the car with a multimeter.. Happened to an S14 i was looking at once..
  16. I have one for sale, used for about 3000km's has a 4" 90deg aluminium pipe as well that i had on my GT35
  17. The TX valve is the part that controls the flow of refrigerant causing a pressure drop which causes the cooling effect.. You can not do anything to the A/C system yourself.. Firstly it is illegal as you don't have an automotive refrigerant handling licence Secondly you don't have the correct tools to recover the refrigerant, vac the system out and avoid contamination.. I would just take it to another mechanic if i were u..
  18. if it has a full charge of refrigerant why is he telling you that it has a leak somewhere?? I would have a guess that your TX valve is faulty and only opening and closing some times.. I would take it to someone else that knows what they are talking about..
  19. I used a VL cable, Just did a loop next to the strut tower to get rid of the excess.. worked well Also needed to make up a couple of split washers to crimp over the cable going through the accelerator peddle.
