    Hey there Mate , I just got my local guy to install it Waterhouse Performance, Penrith (specialise Nissan/Datsun and other performance cars) , you can do it yourself if you like , AMS has instructions on their website. Cheers Pac

    Quick update team , while I was getting the water pump replaced to got the Red Alpha Cold Air Intakes installed . Sourced from, Just Japanese in Sydney if anyone if looking at them for their RV37.     Quick update Guys , managed to get the water pump replaced . I first my mechanic went back and forth with Nissan AU (4 weeks) and they weren't much help, at the end they noted something about not supporting imports. So I soured the part myself from Japan. If anyone has similar issue here is the part numbers Genuine Nissan PUMP ASSY-WATER - 21010-4HK0E Genuine Nissan Gasket - 21014-4HK0A Cost me about $230 including shipping (I had in within 10 days thanks to Blackhawk in Japan) They are basically the same as the Red Sport or even the new Zed - here is link to a supplier in US who helped me confirm the parts matched https://www.z1motorsports.com/water-pump-fan-and-thermostat/nissan/oem-14-20-vr30ddtt-water-pump-p-10167.html You can change it yourself if you like , but I had my local workshop do it , it was about 5 hours of labour.     Team , quick update on the 400r , Fujitsubo front pipe unit is installed (wasn't able to get a picture of it , the exhaust guys installed it really quick and it was out before I got back to the workshop - but I have attached another picture which shows what it looks like)and I have updated the badges to the latest model which makes it look a little nicer.

    Guys ,I had Shannon's - https://www.shannons.com.au/ insure my 400R , it was just over 2k , and to be fair my last m240i was around 1900 with NRMA.

    Ducan , it basically coverts the convert the top screen to a android tablet (not the bottom one - but you have to clink to the android auto or apple car play icon on the bottom screen to get it started ) , you can Bluetooth your phone to it and it creates a shortcut for you to switch to full android auto or apple car play if you need it , or you can add a mobile data sim to you and then you can run 4g while driving around .

    Ducan , yeah sure mate , the unit is https://www.carlinkit.com/ambient TBox Ambient - plugs straight into the USB C and it runs as a android unit and you can link your phone to it via Bluetooth , but it only allows for one phone at a time. you can download and apk files you want and load it on there , I downloaded a basic maps apk (OsmAnd+ — Maps & GPS Offline) so I can run navigation without data usage , its not as good at google or wazes but it works fine for what I need.     Hey Team , just got the Fujitsubo unit installed , not a big db difference but it does sound better across the rpm range , I have the front pipe on order I'll post a video with sounds when that has also been installed.

    Good afternoon SAU Team , I thought I would a quick update on the 400R , so far a quick ICE system mod using carlinkit , I can run full android without a phone , but it does allow for wireless carplay/android auto, loads a bit slow but everything works well. But the better update is ,I just received Fujitsubo exhaust straight from Japan thanks to the guys at Black Hawk (https://www.blackhawkjapan.com/) (highly recommended)around 3k mark with shipping and GST . Will install this weekend , I'll post some updated pictures then.

    Thanks for the response Guys , so far the mechanic has topped up the coolant and I haven't noticed and further leaks , I'm going to see if there local workshop who might have a bit more expertise on the imports. if the pump needs replacing I'll give you guys a heads up.

    Hello SAU team I just had a my 2020 RV37 Skyline 400r serviced by my local mechanic and he has noted that there is a coolant leak coming from the water pump. He mostly does European cars so he wasn't sure is this is a common issue with the VR30 and how to address it . Any chance anyone can advise on this issue and if I need to replace the water pump (guessing its the same as the ones in the Infiniti Q50 red sport ADM). Regards Deepak

    Best Option download the Japanese version then upload into google translate , not everything will translate but you will get most of it to work , - Jap Manual is on here - https://www.nissan.co.jp/OPTIONAL-PARTS/NAVIOM/SKYLINE_SPECIAL/GAS/2009/index.html#!visual - you can also translate if you are using chrome .

    Guys , just picked up 400R today , still getting used to setup ,I might be looking at maybe getting a exhaust upgrade in the next 6 months , any advise for a shop in Sydney?
