what ends up happening to these two gtr's are their chasis numbers included in the official production numbers ?

Anyone tried to match the R34 GTR colour bayside blue TV2 and had dramas i have just got a set of ganador mirrors and top secret side skirts back for my 34gtr and the colour is several shades darker, when it is in sun light it does get a little closer to the colour but still not an exact match, it looks like it has not got enough metallic through it when comparing them with the standard mirrors. Ive also seen other cars 32gtr etc been painted in apparantly bayside blue and they never seem to look right and get that real vibrant blue or get an exact match is it a real hard paint to match or what?

most 34 V-spec II's are still commanding around the 5 million yen mark at auctions and have not really change much in value over the past 4 years as sewid said and the Nur editions over 6 million yen for decent examples, the white nur in the link was a accident repaired car but still a great price , the 34 gtr's seem to really loose value once the klms get over about 70 to 80 thousand klms there seems to be alot more of these comeing onto the market

Yep still has the standard suspension in place , i paid about $300 for the mirrors and $50 shipping out of japan

That Tommy Kaira GTR is not a V-spec II also , they even claimed it was in the HPI mag its a series 1 99 early 2000 model

Anyone useing the metalcat catalytic converters , heard a few stories that the honeycomb clapses after a couple months of use any truth to this?

considering it is the last skyline GTR made with the RB engine i would say so, might even rival the Z-tunes in value

another 34 with the GT-C's these are 19's with 275 tyres just recently put them on

Ok, bit more info to add there were apparantly 189 midnight purple III's produced jan 2000 and of course the 300 midnight purple II 's jan 99 both limited runs were based on the series 1 GTR's and came in both v-spec and standard models both these limited runs were not allowed to be used for the z-tune production The official number for R34 GTR's is 12,175 1999 - 5536 2000 - 1859 2001 - 2197 2002 - 1775 2003 - 2 ( yes this is correct 2 GTR's were made from spare parts apparently and are not included in the official chasis number list as number BNR34-404495 was the last build on 29-8-02 both cars are said to have been given to the skyline museum in japan there is nothing stated as to what spec they were v-spec II , M-spec etc. standard - 3,962 V-spec , V-spec II and M spec models - 7,338 (not sure if this includes the 1000 Nur editions) V-spec N1 - 45 ( N1's were made in both V-spec and V-spec II no list of numbers of each) 80 cars were sent to england through nissan all as far as i know were V-spec not sure if they are included in the official numbers. The last official GTR to come off the production line BNR34-404495 was a standard V-spec II in silver WV2 from the Tochigi plant on 29-8-02 this was sold to a customer. V-spec II , M-spec and standard models were being built along side the Nur models so the last GTR made was in fact not a Nur edition but a standard v-spec II but no doubt worth alot more then any Nur edition. Also of note the last GTR made from the Murayama plant was in march 2001 (the same month the plant shut down) it was another V-spec II in bayside blue BNR34-010107 this car was given to the skyline museum let me know if any of this is wrong as my japenese is not that great

I have the latest Hyper Rev GT-R book from japan GT-R number 6 Volume 120 just came out a couple of months ago with all the latest gtr parts available specs on all the top tuners GTR's from japan 240 plus pages also have nissan skyline R34 GTR perfect guide magazine both books excellent condition looking for $70 for the 2 books

OK, i thought the later model V-spec's may have went from throttle % to the oil pressure , i think only the british supplied cars may have had oil pressure as standard and i think they also came with the g meter so they had some features from the upgraded nismo mfd , but they did not get the lap timer

Did a search could not really find anything can someone tell me what came (as far as what parameters boost , throttle etc ) on the series 1 standard and V-spec GTR series 2 standard and V-spec II GTR M-spec if it was any different I know some models came with throttle % when others had oil pressure just want to know what models had what

looks like MPII more dark and not as bright as the MPIII and MPIII is more of a colour flip paint , Yes only 300 MPII were made and i think around the 200 mark were made in MPIII both colours were only on the series one cars MPII jan 99 and MPIII early 2000
