  1. Thanks Michelle, i might have someone in Melbourne to look after him. A really big THANK YOU to the SAU community for helping me out. I guess it pays off to be a SAU VIC member too Tomorrow i would be meeting up with this kind SAU VIC member and confirm the details. I will keep you posted Michelle. Yeah mine is an indoor dog. It's a moodle . Speaking of which, he was lost for 5 days out in the wilderness of Narre Warren when i left him over at a mate's house last year and he survived! Found him at a local council dog pound. Smart dogs they are .
  2. I'll fly him over to Canberra for you? It'll still be much cheaper than paying $1k plus to put him in the boarding kennel and at least i know he is in the safe hands of a dog lover
  3. My dog will be just lying in a corner sleeping if you are out working. I'm not at home majority of the time and he is fine . What sort of bird is it?
  4. Yah, i do hear of unfortunate stories like that. That is why i'm hoping someone can actually look after the dog in their own home rather than leaving him to the kennel. However, it's like a car workshop, there's always good and bad stories from people.
  5. Glad to hear you have positives about that kennel. I checked out the site and they didn't list out their prices. Maybe if you could PM me how much you paid and how long your dog stayed for it'll be great. Thanks!
  6. Thanks for the re-assurance. I did put him into a boarding kennel 2 years ago. It's the one down in Mornington. He came back with a small wound on his hind leg. Not sure if he hurt himself or something but it sure wasn't treated or maybe the people didn't notice. Yeah, unfortunately he sleeps right under my bed every night. He did jump on the bed a couple of times but we always kick him down and he won't do it again.
  7. Hi guys, I'm leaving Melbourne for about 2 months from Jan - end Feb 2010. If you or you know anyone who can take care of my 8 year old male Maltese x Poodle for 2 months, please let me know. I will be providing all the food and i will also pay the kind person some money for taking the responsibility of looking after my dog. I know there are dog hotels around, but in places like those, dogs are not really taken care properly and i don't want him to be mis-treated. So dog hotels are out of my consideration. The dog is toilet trained and very quiet. Doesn't make much noises at all since he is getting old. I will groom the dog to make sure he is nice and clean before handing him over. Any location within Victoria is fine. Thanks!
  8. Why don't you swap this car with someone who has a family sedan then?
  9. It was nice to see the cars from my balcony . You guys were pretty lucky as it started to rain just after the cars left. Been pouring down ever since the S'N'S.
  10. The car IS 140,000+kms. EnglishS tuition ARE availabAL.
  11. From the City, it's about 15mins or so down Nepean. You'll go past the car dealers ( Brighton Lexus, Toyota, Etc) and keep on the right lane and turn right into Hampton. Pretty straight forward to get there. Best way to get your food fast is to make friends with one or two of the waiters so they will be glad to come back and fill your table up with more food. There are ample parking around that area too. If the street is lined up with skylines, there are a few side lanes into the residential area.
  12. Told you that you won't regret . Judging by the amount of space they have, if SAU decides to have a meal there, we'd probably need to book the entire restaurant. However, they have a 3 separate time frames for the buffet. You only have a limited time to fill yourself up before they will ask you to leave.
  13. I'm pretty sure this Aussie babe isn't working there anymore. They are mostly Japanese working there now. Or maybe a handful of PRCs. But yeah, you can just point out what u want from their menu.
  14. You won't regret it . Their tempura prawns are awesone. Don't try the miso soup though. Taste like from a packet or something. Also be prepared to speak to waiter/waitress that doesn't speak much english
  15. I've been to that place before. It's on the same level as the cinema box office. Definitely won't go back there again. Quality of the Sushi is bad. Expensive and very few choices. Conveyor belt sushi does bring some 'fun' into eating. However, if you want to try a sushi buffet, i recommend Jap Surf n Turf at Brighton: 133 Were St Brighton VIC 3186 - (03) 9592 6500 Open Wed-Sun 12pm-3pm, 5:30pm-10pm $25 or $28 a person all you can eat.
  16. Looks really nice and clean Brandon... i start the bidding at $1 for the car Looking for swaps or straight sale?
  17. Are they authentic originals or pirated copies from China?
  18. Ah, so you bought from GTA in the end eh? Interested to know your feedback on their service Car looks smick! Was there with a friend who is looking for a GTR. Good buy!
  19. You can definitely take him to court. However, it might be hard to press charges against him for writing those words and dropping the pins though. That will require photographic evidence of some kind as proof that he is the culprit. Happened to one of my friends before when his C63 amg got scratched from the front to the rear in his apartment's car park. He has no proof hence the cops can't do anything. The car park security camera failed to capture anyone either.
  20. Well done! Did you buy it from a dealer or private??
  21. Which dealer you trading your car in??
  22. Yeah there are alot of GTRs on carsales at the moment. But be prepared to fork out much more than importing one yourself. True you get to see the car physically, but the sellers never realise how cheap the GTRs are going for in the auctions now.
  23. Could you put up some pictures? Maybe a new keyboard too as it seems like your Shift key is stuck or your Caps Lock is permanently on.
  24. LOL..you're mad. That's gotta be the cheapest R34 gtr ever on sale. Really clean car, good luck!
  25. Hi can you change my nick back to sloutch please . Thanks!
