  1. I haven't got a set of lenses yet. Still waiting on exact pricing (expect $5 - $10) of the T20's, however minimum order for small items like this are around 10+
  2. I popped down to support a mate in his white evo. Looked like some good cars down there. Hopefully be able to race at the next event.
  3. Yeah that would be great. I'll be in contact via PM to discuss.
  4. Yeah the pattern will be exactly the same as the orange one. I'm keen to get a hold of the orange lens and the surrounding bracket to look at mounting, only then will I be able to determine the manufacturing requirements and projected costs vs. batch size.
  5. I should have looked at the turbo a little closer...
  6. New fuel system. One 044 with the standard pump acting as a lift wasn't going to cut it. Now twin 044 and a dedicated low volume lift pump to reduce heat build-up in the fuel. E85 Ready too We have hit a hurdle lately with the wiring that has stopped the dash/heater controls/windows/speedo to stop working. (If only i could fine a body harness wiring diagram!!! ) If anyone has had anything similar please by all means let me know, as the issue is causing the alternator to stop charging and thus the car is basically unusable. We have tried several auto-elecs to help out with the issue but nobody seems to be willing to take on the challenge. If anyone knows someone that can lend a hand, please pass on my details to them.
  7. OK, so I did a little reading on the difference between the two lights and what I'm thinking is that we could possibly use the original orange cover and re-produce this in the exact same size/shape/pattern but in a clear plastic (blow molded). I'm unsure how close we can get to the glass finish, but fitting would be like OEM as we would have it CNC'ed just like we have our clear cam covers done. I thought about doing the fog light in the same process (to keep both identical) but from what I've seen it will get pretty messy removing the glass, which has to be heated to soften the glue. Is this something that you guys would want, or do you prefer the glass option?
  8. Forgive my ignorance I've never had a standard bar on my car. But how different are the two lenses (indicator and parker) in size or shape? As we could probably do this in plastic without too much trouble.
  9. Some orange indicators will show through, really depends on the clarity of the glass. We can supply globes with a silver finish that glow orange if needed.
  10. Just found out there is a few hiccups in the engine build and it won't be ready for Round 2 Oh well, should have a chance to go to an Off the Streets day and do some testing before Round 3. Hope to see you guys there.
  11. Couldn't find any threads pertaining to this, please direct me if there is. Just interested to see if anyone is involved with this event in NSW? I should be at the next round and always happy to have a chat and share ideas about anything car setup related.
  12. Understand that, however it depends on your definition of "good fitment". R34 is 18 x 9 +30 and R33 is 17 x 9 +30, so depending on the intended use of the car, a set with a "less aggressive" offset might still fit his needs?
  13. If you budget is 2k, I would look at the Work Wheels. I custom ordered a set of Matt Black XT7's for our Midnight Purple R33 GTSt Project Car. I have the R34 GTR wheels on now and love that look (and you don't need any spacers)
  14. We used to stock the R32 ones, have never seen an R33 one in my travels though.
  15. I have the ATP twin scroll GT35R with 1.06 rear housing, check our Project Car thread for pictures of the set-up. Should be on the dyno by the end of next week for its first run. Although its an RB25 it might give you an idea of what the turbo is capable of?
  16. Luke are you after just the carbon fabric or pre-made sheets with resin in them, so that you can then just cut and piece together as required? 1mm Sheet - http://www.psiparts.com.au/detail.htm?ProductID=UNIV-CS01-CF 2mm Sheet - http://www.psiparts.com.au/detail.htm?ProductID=UNIV-CS02-CF For reference we currently have in stock: 7 of the 1mm x 48cm x 48cm 1 of the 1mm x 82cm x 82cm 1 of the 2mm x 48cm x 48cm And we are looking to stock more sizes soon, and hoping to offer different weaves, twill size, sheet size and thicknesses that can be custom ordered.
  17. We have carbon sheets. Do you really need 5m x 5m? Or was that a typo? What thickness are you after?
  18. More pieces coming in, it seems like it never ends... The calculations we did for the new engine require an extra Bosch 044 and 1000cc injectors, so time to spend some time upgrading the whole system. We have decided that the Tial MVS wastegates will not be water cooled (interested to hear peoples thoughts on this though), and that the run in tune will be 11psi with normal boost being set at 23psi. Interestingly the Tial MVS runs 3 springs to make the desired boost pressure, as compared to the usual one or two.
  19. Yes, we had the car transported down to Melbourne into Robs trusty hands for the engine build and to oversee the whole project. I'll make a note of checking that. The turbo is supplied from Full Race so I'm unsure if they are they same as ATP's?
  20. We went with the 256 Duration and 8.5mm lift
  21. I decided to go 9.5:1 (Custom CP's) instead of the standard 8.5:1 as I plan on using high octane fuel at all times and possibly E85 down the road. Even if I have to back off the timing a little it will still help having a little extra compression. As far as the cams go, I have gone with Tomei Poncams and matched them with Tomei Valve Springs. Depends how much the car is used for everyday stuff where you want to eliminate noise and smooth drivability to some point. I used ACL bearings all round and wouldn't even look at anything else.
  22. Cheers mate Well a picture tells a thousand words, so here are a few of the engine when we did the first dummy fit to see if the turbo and manifold were going to fit OK. And a few of the engine out putting everything on before it goes back in. I LOVE the manifold
  23. I'm sure we are not the first ones to have this problem, so I was wondering what people have done in the past. We have just installed the High Energy Pro Circuit Racing Sump and it hits the sway bar. I have spoken to Whiteline and they said that the only way to go is to get a custom one made. So I spoke to the original Selby guys and they can do one for around $280, but it will take 3 weeks, which is definitely not in my time frame as I want to compete in the CAMS run Time Attack series next month. So I'm keen to see if someone makes an off-the-shelf version? In case you don't know; Car is a 1998 40th Ann. R33 GTS25t, with a built RB25.
