Had a conversation with Bel Garage and Advan today and they both seem to think its the ceramic wheels shattering. How much should I be looking at in labour to get turbo's changed over? Advan want $1000 Bel Garage want $660 is this about right and can anyone recommend these guys workmanship?

Yep my boost gauge still indicates that it's going from negative to 0 boost but not past that. I did hear a weird noise the day before but I thought that I had run over something and it was close to home so didnt notice the difference in power. When i started it the next day and took it for a drive (uphill) this is when I noticed the lack of power. I never drive the car really hard, and was looking to see if any vacum or boost hoses had popped off but cant see past the manifolds. If it is a intercooler hose poping off wouldn't the car idle really badly? cause mine is idleing and running fine. Could a wastegate problem cause this as well?

Hi, I have a R32 GTR that stopped boosting today. Everything seems to be running fine, engine is smooth but no power due to no boost. Boost gauge doesn't go past 0, there's no smoke etc, and I cant hear the turbos spool up. Could anyone please advise what the problem might be. If there is a boost leak shouldn't I still be able to hear the turbo spool up? how do I find a boost leak. Has my turbos crapped it? I have N1 turbos to bolt up but don't want to do it till I get a few more parts for a major upgrade. welcome all advice, as I'm desperate to get the car running properly again. GTR with no boost =

hi all, I shaved my original boot and have just purchased a Veilside rear wing but dont want to drill the holes out again just in case I like the shaved look again. Anyone here know this seller (Adam) ? I paid for the Power FC of him last week but yet to receive it. Called him a couple of days ago and he said he already sent it that day. When asked for the tracking number he said he had it at home and would call me back with it. This call was at 9am Syd time meaning 8:30am in SA so if he just sent it through the post office he would have to have done it at that time and have the receipt with him. Since then I have yet to get a reply to my sms, pm's or calls answered. Wanting to know if anyone bought anything of him and if you have received it as yet? Obviously if you are thinking of buying off him be cautious. This may be nothing, but i'm getting a bad feeling that I will get ripped off in this deal. Ok I'm really fed up with it now, it seems I have temp fixed the problem. My indicators works but the left signal is pretty random, sometimes works and other times not. I'm guessing its the flasher unit under the dash. Anyone know where abouts it is and what I should be looking for. BTW when the left indicator isn't working the indicator flicking sound is different from when its working. Kinda like a double click in quick succession rather then a clean click. Anyone know the answer, please I'm getting sick and tired of it!!!

Quick question, is your speedo still working? I had a prob with my speedo cable and this affected the power steering due to the HICAS system. It would work fine on start up but once I drive it and get to 60kph it would switch the power steering off and would stay that way till I turned it off and restarted. Once I changed my speedo cable, all was fine again.

OK did some digging on the net to find the fuse box translation. Look like the turn signal fuse and the start signal fuse was blown. I replaced both and tried to use the indicators, but still no go. The Turn signal fuse is ok but the start signal has blown again. Anyone know why this fuse keeps blowing? what should I check. Need help ASAP as I cant really drive until I get this sorted

Last night whilst driving home my indicators went irractic for a couple of seconds when I turned them on and then completely stopped working. Tried the hazard lights and they are not working as well. I'm thinking maybe the relay went? if so where abouts is this relay located? Any other reason what this problem could be, would really like to sort this out as quickly as possible as I dont want to drive without them working. Cheers
