I have these rims currently on my car and are very nice. I have not seen another rim the same as it. If anyone has an over obsession with them and would be prepared to buy or swap for preferrably deep dish Japanese style 18" rims around the same value. Let me know. The rims are in good condion with minor gutter rash on one. Front 17 X 8.5 , Rear 17 X 9.5. Attached is a pic of the rim design from Tommykaira.com

Hey guys. it was my first eastern creek meet i had seen and was impressed with the amount of cars that entered. Eavool i walked past your car whilst in the carpark and was hearing some hissing sound coming from it?,. whats with it? also interested what turbo setup you have. Nice work to gtr 400, very impressive and i giv credit to all other compeditors. Traction looks to be the main issue with grabbing a good time. I will be entering myself in the near future for a pass when my new turbo goes on. Hope to see you guys there.

I'm making 287kw at the wheels on 18psi and 310kw on 22psi its a tadd bit laggy but comes on hard and you have to fight it on the road to keep traction. Thats combined with Fm IC, power fc , stainless manifold with 50mm wastegate, Avc-r and fuel upgrades. Stock internals.

gR33ddy as far as what you can and cant have, its completely up to you. Technically anything different from the stock specifications is classed as a defect. All mods should be ideally engineered to pass road regulations (But u wouldn't waste your time). Most police will look for the most obvious defectable parts on the engine ie. large turbo, fmic, chrome piping and BOV's. If you modify a vehicle try and do it with boltons that dont stick out and u will probably get away with it. Then again if you are really concerned about it, spend a fortune and get mods engineered and keep papers in the glovebox. This way you dont have a problem. I have many obvious engine and vehicle modifications on my vehicle but unlike the rest of you, i dont get the pleasure of being hassled.

Defects are purely a deterrent for car enthuisists. Police do it delebrately mainly in a place where it is visible for others to see. ie in or on the skirts of tha city so that it scares motorists into driving around the area.
