i've filled up at that many BP's in the west, never have i seen a scratchie.. i asked once at deer park BP and the bloke looked at me as if i was asking for 20 packets of smokes for free.. Why promote something and not back it up?

lOL @ GTR-TZR haha ye i have two myself! the male (tiger) is a machine 2 kg over weight haha his a tank.. has a chest like a pitbull. The thing i dont get about his weight, he never stops running and playing with his ball.. i really need to get rid of them so if anybody is interested the price is NEG. look at the end of the day if you dont sand them back the paint wont stick.. if it does it wont last long.. i painted mine on my 33 about 3 weeks ago and they look grouse. if its easier i'll give you a step by step plan. 1. sand back the rim with wet and dry (you will tell the difference when its sanded) 2. dry them with a cloth and a heat gun or hair dryier to fasten the drying process 3. wipe the rim with wax and grease remover, to remove any grease left on the rim 4. mask up the tyre with masking tape/newspaper so you dont get any overspray on the tyre's 5. spray 1 coat of grey primer (makes the paint stick/last) 6. after drying with heatgun or hairdryer, sand back the rim very lightly 7. spray 1 coat of colour as desired (mist coat) 8. dry with heatgun or hairdryer 9. apply 2nd and final coat of paint (second coat should be heavier than first coat) 10. after fully dry, spray 1 coat of clear there isnt really a technique, just try not to get any runs. if you need a hand or want me to come help you out i'll be more then happy to come give you a chop out.

sand them back with some wet and dry.. maybe grit 800 or so. put a coat of grey primer, then 2 coats of gloss black and afterwards a coat of poly clear.. its pretty easy.. so you shouldnt have a problem. need and other tips give me a buzz 0432455213 ricky

NOSMO i understand he had plenty of time, im not taking sides... but.. common sense or should i say realisticly people make mistakes ie. post/courier made the mistake. Do you think its fair if Rob should have to refund you or send you a 2nd part? how would anyone know if your not just trying to make Rob known as a bad trader, this throttle body could be in your arms? This is what it comes down too.... Its your word against his! BUT people will believe your side more then Robs because they dont want this happening to them. Thats why i only buy from my state, keep me hassle and stress free. like i said before, I've dealt with Rob over the net and in person and I've never had a problem, why let one lost unknown trade that happened to you, whom nobody can answer for turn you into a scratched stereotype, you've warned people, you havnt got any PROOF, so just let it be. Nosmo - Things go missing everyday in the post/courier systems, so its understandable where your coming from but take it from Robs point of view. For a meazly throttle body do you think he would try FU** around with the trade, is a throttle body worth his rep being ruined? Ive dealt with Rob numerous occasions and ive never had a problem... Brazier - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! you wanna spend nxt to nothing on tyres, be prepared to get shit tyres. 3 of my mates constantly buy tyres from Rob and havnt had a problem til this day. You ask for what tyres you want, the cond. of the tyres and you still save yourself $$ at the end of the day.
