listen to guilt toy. change back to standard inlet manifold and get a new pipe made up to clear your high mount setup. Just mount a walbro fuel pump in the tank with full voltage and a set of hi flowed rb25 injectors and your rdy 2 go. that turbo will be fine for 300rwkw on bout 18-20psi depending on motor condition. I run same turbo on 21psi have been for 7months now and 2yrs before that on same boost with different turbo's but it does come down 2 your tuner, make sure you pick someone who is decent

sometimes things are cheaper to buy outside of AUS, even if AUS make them. just like bundaberg rum. its cheaper to buy it elsewhere then where its made..

both my turbo's gt3076r and gt3582r have come from adelaide.. and in about 2-3 days time.. mine werent from the states.

mate ive purchased a gt3076r .82 garrett thru mtq and it's exactly what you buy through GCG cept u pay bull.shit price. but be my guest. Learn the hard way.

His turbo's come straight from MTQ in adelaide, took bout a week 2 get mine, he doesnt even see the parcel just orders direct from the source with a great price! my tuner still doesn't know how he sell's them so cheap. but other things he does have to source from the states like kiwi said but that is also fast shipping my mate got eboost street from states in like 5 days

mine and 3 other mates rb25's have been done by a friend in his backyard and all cars run perfect and around 400rwhp mark or more..

this is what i see with a gt3582r on stock rb25, do doubt your going to see it with a to4z.

prob looking at 5500-6000rpm before u see any sorta decent boost

it does take ages to get to temp, it barely moves off the cold line on my dash.. normally sits bout 2mm above it

I have the same issue, after market alloy radiator stock thermostat and cap and it barely reaches 70 degrees even on hot days..dont wanna know wot it sits at on the highway and during winter ive prob got a f*ked thermostat and stuck open.. never replaced it.

sounds way to early because i have a gt3582r .82 on stock manifold with 50mm gate and i dont see 18psi in 2nd til bout 4500

Yes you prob are right i dont think gate opens until around 16psi.. so i should have heard it. well the bov i have here is just a blitz bov and the spring is soft, but i was using this bov 2 weeks ago when i was out and about one night and thats when i first picked up on the surge .. might pull intercooler off and give it a clean could be restricted ? oil residue?

i was seeing 20psi by about 4200rpm on stock rb25

I don't run a bov but i could test out a bov which i have lying around here. Its just weird that its only started doing it recently. infact it could have been happening earlier its only since i got the external gate plumbed back into my exhaust that i can actually hear the motor etc..

anyone know where to start looking.. gettin bad compressor surge in 3rd gear full throttle running 20psi, happens really bad if im doing 60kmph in a higher gear..and put my foot down. wont surge in 1st or 2nd .. only really started doing it recently.. 4" intake with 4" filter thats only 6months old? any ideas?

status wouldnt suggest it if it wasnt safe paulr33....i think he knows what he is talking bout.. and would be more safe then any base map crap
