Well written article..My mum used to prefer me spending money on my car instead of spending it on drugs or worse things!! My father didn't quite agree with it but meh all good!!! Mates using Hawke before in his S4 RX7 and he raves about them!! Used them at mallala the other weekend and he rekons they were great! I've used bendix ultimates before, they were really good pads but so make dust!! Heard nothing but good things about ebc green and red stuff pads as well! Most of the jap brake pads are good, cost a few clams, but eh you get what you pay for!

Ahh yes..Take the visual deterent away and introduce hidden deterents...As much as i hate to say it, i'd prefer to see police cars on the road and cop an on the spot fine for speeding then see less police cars on the road and cop a fine 4 weeks later!! note : When i say more police cars on the road i mean in the essence of catching people speeding/illegal U turns at lights etc etc not more police officers for defect city style stuff

Think the 10% rule has changed here as well, not 100% sure on that...Just came back from Victoria a couple of weekends ago, and my dad's cousin who we spent a fair bit of time with is an ex cop and his wife is a cop and they don't have a % rule its 3km's over the limit thats it pinged... Thing i don't get is we have an ADR rule that says your speedo must be accurate to within 10% of the nominated speed sign...Now apparently the state governments have decided they rule the roost and they've set their own % for speedo accuracy?? Doesn't sound right does it

Yer ouch!! That'd have to suck teh wang! Agreed!! It'd cost more then $25k to fix that damage i would assume, and god knows how long it'd take to get spare parts for it, and how long it'd take to get them here!!

Spotted last night waiting to turn onto main north road, yellow R34 with plates HSVETR, looked quite nice!

Spotted this morning following me near arndale a blue (it was 6.30 in the morning so forgive me if it was the wrong colour) R33 with plates badR33 with SAU sticker on rear 1/4 window... Then on way home spotted an orange R34 (can't remember the plates but) driving down port road with a canary on it...bugger

Why not just get yours rebuilt???

Spotted yesterday arvo whilst on way home from work a R34 GTR sitting on crittenden road waiting to turn right onto port road! Looked tough as! Also spotted today on main north road near munno para shops heading towards town was a dark blue R33 GTSt!

Spotted a few cars around today.... Silver stagea at parafield car wash...SIKR33 or something along those lines on south road around 12.30..White S2 R33 with FMIC and stockies on the back that was sledded on south road near mitsi's, another white S2 R33 with RH9 (or was it RH1) plates on it near arndale and a black R34 at domino's near arndale.....

Was thinking the same thing!! What a track!! What ended up happening to it?? Yes agreed!! There's something thats just so raw about the whole thing (like at the mallala race the photographer standing in the entrance to the pit lane taking photographs!)Try that now see how far you get!!!
