My point exactlly... (Not flaming you in any way 'Series 5' just saying thats my point) My 2 cents, Allstar give great value and quality for price... I have used Richard to tun my pfc and for the money I could not be happier, that said Matt Spry has also had a crack at my pfc and he is equally impressive... Horses for courses... Richard is 5km down the road for me as where Matt is over 150km's... Once again, like I said for every good experience you hear you will find a bad one... Its important to realise to make your own mind up about people and their attitudes and or services offered... Go and see a workshop with yoru own eyes and talk to the owner or managers and see for yourself how helpful they are and have a good look around the shop at the type of cars they are working on and that should give you a good idea of what they can do... IE. You would not take you Moped to a performance dealer, you would go to a performance shop like the ones mentioned in this thread.

If you book a table Noel you dont get that option, you get a waitress with a pad and pen to serve your table. The old look at the meat and order and pay system is in the old part of the hotel, where its all 2 to 4 person tables. Maby ask to book a table in that area, its called the Spanish Garden I think...?

Yeah I gave up this shit for a desk job with travel... My fingers are soft now and all i have to worry about is paper cuts... But to be honest I had fun, and it was great to get out doors and do something for the day... Makes me feel less guilty when I eat a huge steak for dinner...

Well im not only sun burnt... I have a cold, I stood out in the sun all day feeding a concrete mixer with sand, cement and water. I got burnt and covered in crap, im dirty and tired and dehydrated and sore... I had to do a real days work, and I feel like a chump!!! Dont worry about the price Franky, you only live once... Id be there in a heart beat if I could, just be aware of the single bill... Side note: The steaks start at about $25ish and work there way up to $55, so there are reasonable priced steaks also.

Just updated your title there Franky (date)... Ill be in MT Isa next week so unfortunatlly im out, but i did got to the BC 2 weeks ago and had the Wargieo steak ($38) and it was great... Just watch the pricing, you wont get out of there for less than $40 a head with a drink or two and they will only accept one bill per table...

OK, my turn... I have delt with and know most of these workshops and their owners... They all know me also, I have to say that SEQ is very lucky to have so many places to take a skyline these days. I have to say that all the above mentioned workshops are all pretty good, however in saying that you will always find one bad experience for every good one. Every workshop gets equal amounts of praise and bagging. I have to say tho, all these guys mentioned are all pretty good in my eyes. Matt Spry if generally known for being the best at it as thats all he does. The rest are multi purpose workshops which may or may not be a better thing. Choice is yours, all I can suggest is use someone with an actual pfc lap link and software (which all of the above have). Dont fall for a chump who will tune your car with the hand controler. (Assuming you have a pfc) My 2 cents

I mean to ask why does he need one... What makes him think it will help... As an external venting wastegate pipe from a stock turbo will not seal properly from the main dump... It will affect the back pressure on the turbine and hence cause it to take longer to spool. So infact it will not improve his situation... Also its highlly illegal...
