hey guys my car sounds as if your riding on a train it sounds as if at first doing 20km its grinding something in the back then tends to follow up with a train sound coming from the diff or back of the car????? its a r33 gtst, series 1 anybody got an idea wtf it is???

hey there lol im not sure about o2 sensors or the wastegate actuator but what i've experienced and stuff i'd jus say... go ebay ... or ask sau ppl ... n get a used ecu for your car..perhaps 50 bucks? or ask your mates to lend you one,n if your car works better then it was the ecu, if not forward on to mechanical parts but dun waste ur time on rich n retard its a bitch to deal with it...

lol yeah plenty of people pay 600 bucks for one time added altogether and then they screw it and then get other people to do it n charge you more to undo other mechanics mistakes and make their own adding more costs.. all i needed was any guys to go aye yeah we'll do it properly.... so dody performance shops serious i'd attemt it myself if i knew how

12 psi is a good one to have with dual stage i use it and dont see the ecu going rich and retarded like it did on 14psi !!! so 12's orite, if you really want perfection checks the afrs, tune, safc, etc but really just for drags yeah man 12's just fine if u running 7 psi everyday p.s any more tho asking for trouble without a bigger front mount and basic mods

Hey every1 just asking wether i need any other upgrades if installing tomei camshafts in... the ones from just jap? im kinda juggling between them or other mods, how much gains would u get from them, i have a r33 series 1, large blitz fmic, 3.5 cat back, custom cai, custom manifold and soon customs front.dump pipes.....running on 12.psi is it possible to just get the camshafts without altering the springs or valves??????? and how much would it cost for the install roughly thanks guys

agree afm prob.... the black smoke n bad idle usually caused by afm .... go to any of ur mates that have a late model r32 or a r33 swap it wif deres to see if dats da prob if not replace sparks with even .8 gapped running onli stock 7 psi n see if dats ok n then work your way up with coils... the more u move away from stock the more hassles u get if sumthings wrong good to take everything back to standard to find the prob hope it helpz

with all my experiments with the afm e.g mesh take out, how ecu copes with free flow etc etc it sounds to me ur afm is gone.... it stutters at acceleration as if its struggles to climb revs.. at idle it'd blow black smoke, going from 0.5 to 1.5 ( depends ) blowing huge black smoke, ..overall its CRAP if so dats ur afm man but check vac leaks n all just incase but yeah clean it with some wd40 the afm, and da ensor inside especially n see wat happens! cheers panel beaters..scares me to put my car in

cheers boi'z yeah the reset took time to come in she's stopped idle hunting as much now onli maybe from 800 rpm to 1.1 so its slowing down, the ecu is making everything right on its own pruchased a new afm will fix it all up in time. as for every1'z help cheers hope it was funni as same time n geez it'd be good fanging a few 32's sometime...' kick some ali makdoosh and habib ass's n fugi = gagfyc

Hey guys i recently repaired my afm with new mesh and stopped idle hunting from 0.5 to 1.5 ( bouncing ) with ecu reset. as soon as i had boosted it to 12 psi, it now runs like crap only thing moving the car is the boost, she jerks like crazy and chucks white or black smoke. at lights idle is at 0.5 den it starts bouncing again as u speed to go on first it blows smoke but the car doesnt wanna go past 3 revs till seond gear when deres abit more power wtf is wrong? ( try dis ) --> put ur usual smart arse comment hehe p.s aac valve is cleaned and afm

which side is urs missing, i took out one mesh did little as i removed the other one and fitted it back on.. good on the acceleration but bloody eats fuel like cops on shi*t .... p.s one mesh removed makes a difference hmm i will try re-setting da ecu man if not cover da mesh time ...till i can get a new ecu unit
