actually i read it on an article on eliminating negative boost arghh shit article so put the mesh back in? and see wat happens or tuning time? lol worth a try p.s moh.. learn to drive n beat mark before telling me mate :sorcerer: any ideas

..... hey guys i have just removed the mesh from my afm, and removal of mesh in ryco stock air filter.... the acceleration is unbelievable with it now real quick n fast... but the thing is i have to make sure not to clutch in too hard or else the revs go from 1500 all da way down to .500 rpm and bounces!!!! when i reversed the car it started smoking black for abit den stopped running TOO rich?... i cleaned the afm oready? all this cause of a mesh ??? any help wud be good i dun think any1 has tried this if so helpp!!

hey guys, i've read eliminating negative boost ... ( googled it ) sounds fair that a mesh causes air to turn into small particles after its gone through the filter to enter the intake piping... SO by removing the mesh is less restriction thus more air flowing in wat do u guys think it will do to the car and how will the ecu react?

well , cleaning dust and dirt out of a foam filter musn't use special products so i'd opt for any detergent or safe mild solvent and then re-oil it later on the oil onli traps small particles .... dun see why it needs to be special knn oil but dats my 2 cents

hey how are u guys today i just cleaned aac valve, now before cleaning the valve everything was perfect, nowww...... the idle sits at 900 rpm but the car lags at like 1-2 rpm .... i played around with the idle screw to set it on 900 to which it was a success but now it lags.. any ideas??? shud i try putting da idle higher or give it a few days n let the ecu get used to the new free of shit clean air going thru the aac valve??? cheers guys btw..... the forum n tutorials are genius work thanks to ppl that put into developing this site and making it better

hmmmm mabe air condition... i no a few r33z dat when deh start the car da air con goes clunk clunk clunk n den shuts off -
repco has the tool to check the spark plug gappage to .... i think its easy to make a 25 cent call to the mechanic to ask him what he did realli.... n ask him wat the plugs were gapped at, from there you can go on. i put .8m plugs it wouldnt pop...( but couldnt run 17psi ) after putting .66 my car flies yet makes sometimes popping at idle so concluded popping is related to the smaller gap ? best thing is call up mechanic just ask em before u spend more cash hope it helps man ... realli interested what the conclusion will be

........1.1 is crap, dont bother. the sparks u recommended is good .88 is da way to go .... lol why bother i mean the cars were made for .8 mm so you'd get better performance if their gapped at that with spitfirezzzzzz :sorcerer: put sparks in ( BCPR6es or wateva the code) is and if your car still dies ... go to repco get a DIY spark plug measuring tool then you can measure em up .....and clamp da gap together youurself ;-) and da wrench is 3 and a half turns.. look on da spark plug packet it tells u it... and next answer: you saw how gapping affects performance!! KAAABOOOM DIEZ in the arsee... -
yeah mine pops after changing da plugs to .66 same as what described yet all good at normal rev range.. ... its most likely plugs dude if u just got em changed.. so clean afm , check plugs and some spitfire injector clean.. all gooodddddd

stuff the uni chip dude get the piggy back.. if that helps usually cheap alternatives are shit n save u from stressing what gaps are ur plugs? n if stock air box change dat shit ( causes miss fire i found out 2 days ago )

hi there its a series 1 shit 720 pricey.. well if i had enough i'd opt for the spitfirez but unfortunately my cash flow is loooooooooooooooooooooooooow as not in need of any more performance in my car and running standard coils so i see no point in getting coil packs just need for it to be working. thats why i ask ppl on sau not shitty wreckers cheers all

hey guys my stock ecu. that most likely was tuned before now runs realli rich like theres black carbon around the exhaust .. popping out of it when u gun it.. even on the sparkies.. its just burning all da fuel what can i do about it? i dun wanna spend more den 150

i've jsut replaced the motor and the actual rails... again! so its your motor dats stuffing up most likely not the switch.. just go to wreckers n get one n screw it all together... they have always had a problem... DID I MENTION I've REPLACED MINE TWICE.. ok hope it helps

hi guys i have a r33 gtst 93 model. my car has a huge blitz intercooler, 3 inch front dump, hi flo cat ( maybe prob) and a 4 or 3.5 inch cat back exhaust. my problem is i just replaced the sparks which were dead to iridiums and now when you put ur foot door after 5 thousand revs it goes BBRR RPRRRRRR under neath my seat and back out as if its trying to push it thru.... it realli is crap n wont allow me to go flying past chickz...... without the prrrgrrr noise i recently fitted a 150 dollar hi flow from just jap... does anybody reckon thats da problem?

... hey man, i had the same thing, yet i actually went to a mechanic and had a plate fitted on my blow off so coppers cant pick on em. the mechanic said everything is alrite it will just circulate inside.. <-- yes but wrong i drove the car for 2-3 months on stock boost which was fine no stuff up. WHEN i boosted her higher tho it feels like tha turbo was gonna collapse.. so my 2 cents is, if your gonna push da pedal down get a bov its crap driving a stuffed up car. hope it helps

dude it could be anything..... my one started dying out at 5 thousand rpm running 18psi... people told me... afm, fuel regulator needs to be fitted on.. no fuel in it.... you know what it was.?.. it was a block in my air filter... check the basics.....first before nething
