A few points: Dont bother writing unless you have had a spotless record for 10 years. If you think she was rude, then you have the right to complain but it wont get you out of the ticket. It is a completely different matter. It is an offence to go through either a red or an amber light. If the car was a HWP car you are stuffed. It is on video. Like Rukus said, you took a calculated risk and it didnt pay off. Suck it up and put it down as a learning experience. Life isnt about looking for loopholes. You just got caught...plain and simple/
