Read what i said in the email regarding having your name somewhere in the calendar Ill make a list tonite/tommorow of the emails ive recieved. Im set to see the publisher friday, so really you have until thursday night to get your entries in - plenty of time to set up a few photo shoots if need be. Ive had a fair few good entries so far. Please, keep them coming! There will be 12 main photos obviously, but there will be smaller photos along the bottom/side of the opposite page with the dates on it, so ill try include as many members cars as possible into it.

No particular size, just of good resolution.. For it to be considered to be used as a main page photo, the higher the res the better, since it will be getting enlarged to fit most likely Luke, awesome pics! I want your car as a main pic, so if u can get me one with the plates etc, would be awesome!! Would love your car in it, I have some from when we entered autosalon I could use, but feel free to send me what you have of your own also! [email protected], send them to there, is easier. Ryan, want the first photo, got a full res copy you can email me? Same to everyone else that is planning on sending photo, need as high res as possible. Try for pretty clear photos, ie not much background (altho i can edit some slightly), no people in background (ive had a few photos with random people in the background). The higher the res, the easier it is to edit and print. No photos from mobile phones, as they are very pixelated and hard to print in digital quality. So need a few ideas for front cover at the moment, throw them to me!

wow.. guys calm down! All good guys.. really Back on topic.. been to 3 different printing places today, pretty sure ive found the 1 I am going to use. Will be seeing them thursday next week at this stage to make a start on it. Will be best to get photos in to me by wednesday night then. That way, I can get this started and have them printed before the end of the year!

Yeh vu there will be quality control, im not gonna rush into this (but still get it done in a decent time!), i want it to be good! Ive got alot of ideas from the 31 club calendar, and ill be taking a copy of that with me when i see the printer (got a few places in mind to check out tommorow on my day off) and hopefully have them help me set it all out, and help with what photos will be better to use.. Im pretty fussy when it comes to this stuff, a perfectionist I guess you can say, so i want this to look good. By wide variety i meant single photos and also groups etc. Good idea bout the info, 31 club calender did a couple of write ups on the cars, but I like your idea actually, with breif info like make/model, owner etc. Kellie, id love to grab a disk with those photos u PM'd about if thats ok?

charmaine, I might take you up on the offer of using some of your pics. Would be cool to have maybe a few group shots, like from cruises etc aswell. But ALL photos will be considered that everyone has taken, want to make it fair and have a wide variety of shots. Kye, good idea but ive got a few ideas on the go, will run it by everyone after ive spoken to a few printing places. Submit all photos to my email [email protected] Try make them fairly hgh res if possible and decent size, will be easier to work with, but send me what ever you want, and how ever many you want - of individual shots, group/cruise shots etc. I will try include as many as I can.. my main idea at the moment is that each month will feature a single car as the main pic, with smaller pics of others down the bottom (thats how the 31 club did it), and maybe one month of a big collage of cars. But yeh, will run the drafts past you before printing

Yeah, pics alread taken, or what ever people want to submit to me. Once i got more details, Ill get people to start emailing me photos they would like to submit, and Once I have a fair few, Ill take them to the printer and come up with a design. Once its in production / when I have a price, Ill get people to put a deposit, or pay in full even to order their copy. Stay tuned!

Ok, so im stealing this idea from the r31 club, an idea which has been successful a few years running. They basically do a Calendar each year with members cars from around Australia, and cost bout $15-$20 per calendar. So throwing the idea to you guys here, I would be keen to do something like this for SAU members - SA only though. Im gonna suss out a few places tommorow for printing, but if theres enough interest from people here, I will get you to submit photos and I will go from there.. It will cost probly no more than $20 per calendar im pretty sure, which is about what any other calendars sell for in retail shops anyway, but with our SA cars in it. What yas think?

Agree there ruby! My almost 15 year old ex foster brother has a 11 month old Sucks about you wanting kids and her not wanting, but lying about it. I guess she shouldve just said it in the first place. Like luke and I, I decided long before I met him I didnt want any, and I told him that, but turned out, he doesnt want any either, so no issue! Im 26, im not a kid, so my decision is pretty final. Its not like im 18 and dont know what i want in life, im 26 and i have plans, they just dont and wont ever include kids. Yeah i should be ok for this, but seeing as its low key, we dont need to 'book in'.. so if i have to work that sunday so be it, but i got enough notice to be able to try get it off. More keen for something relaxed and casual, BYO etc, so yeah as it is, im keen

just few mins ago, black 32 with some sorta kit - vertex i think.. didnt get a good look, black centered rims, turning down sidestreet off south road, mile end area. Seemed to recognise my car/plates.

matty got in first, but spotted Ben and nene in the stag down the bay, that was us waving from the ford if u didnt know! Heaps of skylines out last night, too many to remember! Silver stag with gold rims with dish on hindley street bout 10:30ish, black 32 jsut after with vertex kit. Also down the bay, black 34, followed by gunmetal 33.

bought my new track pig today Pick it up next week tho when i got some room at home to store it Got a list of things to do to it over the next few months before it makes its debut next year. Doesnt go too bad either! Supra 5 speed box, decent clutch, good handbrake Not bad for all of $300!
