R33's are becoming very common in Melbourne, especially in the west side. As Champinco mentioned, R34's are coming in as well, but surely , they aren't more common than R33 GTR's. Lets not forget the GTSTS with GTR kits and badges. BTW, whats wrong with P-Platers owning Skylines?

An Evo will probably smoKe a GTST, but it in no way can be compared to the GTR. WHen talking Jap, the GTR is the benchmark. The GTR-34 has won the Japanese Supercar race tournament (I dunno whats its called) 5 years in a row. BeaT thaT Mr EVO.

R34GTT-R HOw many car lenghts did u end up beating them buy? Seeing that u have an R34, not a R33?

i love the GTT shape, so I'd prefer it. But how much would it cost to bring up its performance to GTR standard? (minus the AWD)

I reckon having a GTR kit is good, and actually cool. But putting the badges on is a step too far, especially when people who dont know about skylines beat a mock GTR, and then claim that they have beat GTR's. Pffft. Plz? BEsides the differences in shape between GTR's and GTST's u can tell by the SOUND that the car makes.

Hey, I just wondered what everyone reckons about all those GTST's going around as GTR's, that is GTST's with GTR badges, and kits. Is it a methods of increasing the 'face value' of your car, or just plain sad

Look what I've started, and boy have I let my mate know. U know what I think im going to start a lot of Skyline vs Forums to see how people rate the skyline against other japanese icons (ie Supra, rx7 etc) MIght be biased though, but really what Jap car is better than the Skyline.....it (GTR-34) has one the japanese touring championship (sorta like the V8's here) the last 5 YEARS IN A ROW!!!! Skyline vs ????????

OK So a GTST would keep after 2nd but win if modified. GTR would absolutely kill the REX, but what about a WRX vs GTT R34? MayB the GTR's hes claimed to have beaten are GTST's with GTR bodykit, and Badges: AFter all there are a lot goin' around

One of my mates owns a Subaru WRX.... he says that everytime he comes against a SKyline he smokes em nice. IS this TRUE? He said he's even done GTR's, and GTST"S are no challenge. Frankly, I find that hard to believe. Everyone will agree that the WRX stands no chance against the GTR, but what are its chances against the GTT R34 or modified GTST
