I think its OK. If its ratio is 2 high, then i dont think the cops really care. I've driven r33 GTSTs past them often, even been pulled over a lot, power to weight ratio didnt even come up. I hear they're becoming more strict now, since that black Skyline crashed a few weeks back.

They're very reliable, have really good handling, lookg good. They're not very powerful however. Maybe a bit faster than the new celicas. I'm pretty sure its faster (def. better looking) than a prelude.

LoL I think it is actually for coins, for drive-thrus, parking or something. Maybe the coins in Japan are small? Like 5 cent pieces? Other than that....I have no idea.

Im confused? Don't they look exactly the same as the turbo models? THey can looks just as good as the GTSTs, but in terms of performance.....pfft.

Also, the non-turbo R33z are not called non-turbo GTSTs, just R33 GTSs. There are a fair few around.

Yeah def. quicker than that. 0-100 sounds right but the 0-400 is high 12s Round about 12.7-12.9 depending on conditions.

Hey guys, I was just wondering what sorta cars the cops have undercover in Vic. Recently I have become somewhat confused, first i thought they just have those XR8z, XR6 Turbo, SS, GTO, basically holden n fords. And i learnt the tell tale signs, like baby shades on the rear window, tinted windows, e-tag. But then the sirens got smaller, now they're like a small box (about the same size as the rear brake light thats on the inside of the car, just above the boot) with the blue n red half and half. And now, I've seen them in Subaru Foresters, and even a Toyota Landcruiser. So now there are a lot of potential cop cars. Anyone seen any others?

Is it just me, or does that statement sound incorrect? To think that Australia has access to MORE oil than all of the members of OPEC in unison is perposterous. If that were the case, Australia would be setting oil prices world wide and would also be the head of OPEC. Why then is that not the case? Is it because Australia CHOOSES not to access this, supposedly, worlds greatest supply of oil? Or maybe its not there and you have to research your facts.

Yeah true true....6 months is not a lot....but I did learn 4 about 1year and 11 months on a GTST r33, so really i've had about 2 years and 5 months experience....but only 6 months on my own. SO i think i can handle the power.....although GTR is different to a GTST, but isnt it in a way safer considering its AWD, and better handling?

The blitz is goin for 3 weeks......so its best to avoid the Prahan/Toorak/ST.Kilda area all together....especially Chapel Street. Its supposed to help with the nightclub stabbings problem.....dont c how. ITs just a good excuse to get imports.

I didnt get defected.....but i heard about the 'police blitz' on the news. You're right i dont c how that is helping the nightclub stabbings in the area. They say they'll be on the 'blitz' for 3 weeks....so its best to avoid the Chapel Street area for a while. ......unless u want a defective sticker ?!?!

Actually, i think the price is guaranteed to drop at least in2 the high 20z within a year. a: About 6-12 months ago the GT-T was goin for about 38-42 stockish. b: More recently they're goin for 30 to 35 so id say they'll drop to about 28-30 at least within a year.

My dads let me off the hook now..its been more than 6 months, no fines, no accidents.....sold the r33....and have a GTR 32 on the way......:-) Hopefully wont loose 2 much cars anymore..

Damn man......i live in the west so will keep an eye out for it......but if some1 stole if 4om Melton (unless i've got the wrong melton) they may have fled to the country, or come in2 the west.

hi All, I was just wondering what sort of system a stock r33 has.....i dont know if mine is stock or not...the face doesnt look stock.....its a Kenwood System....a button opens the face of the player and reveals the casette player..... i dont know....but it sounds pretty louds for a standard system.....also i was wondering is there anyway u can convert the jap system to eng system.....or whether u can get FM radio higher than .....90 i think Thanks

Thanks for the info guys....c i had a GTST r33 stockie as a learner car...so i guess the drop was kinda big....but my dad said he wants my to drive a n/a on my own for at least six months so that i dont die.
