  4. haha, i must admit i was impressed but didn't really know quite how good it was until now (compared with others) has the normal little things: fmic, pod, 3" turbo back exhaust, 11psi, etc (for more info) the guy i bought it from told me it had gtr fuel pump and remapped ecu but who knows... he also told me it had a heavy duty brass button clutch which was a complete lie
  5. oh really so the actual afm isn't less restrictive - its the signal it outputs that matters might take mine off and get the multimeter out on the weekend see if its all still good... ps. sorry for the sidetracking - will stop now! pps. thanks for the help Andy

  7. Andy is that 80mm the in/out? or is it 80mm at the smallest point? and do you know how that compares with the z32 afms?

  9. not clutch failure, its flywheel failure and took clutch with it (i heard it was a lightened OEM flywheel)

  12. I read all the chip threads about a month ago as i was also interested - I remember someone looking at the exact same one by the sound of the question he hadn't read any of them yet... having said that I will try to cut back on my smart-ass-ness - sorry

  14. Thanks guys - the ECU has apparently been remapped but for all I know it could still be stock (seller did lie about other things). As for maxing out current AFM - I'm not sure - don't know what it is reading since i have no way of telling but i think my car has an airflow problem as it feels like it hits a wall when it reaches 5000rpm. It has a 3" turbo back exhaust so I think the restriction must be the AFM - further more the 5000rpm problem is worse in the day time and on very cold nights when the air is very dense it goes away all together. (car has pod with stock turbo and running 11 psi) (have SAFCII lined up so ill get that before AFM and when car was on dyno the AFRs were stable...)
  15. what about RB20's? is the z32 afm also a good option? ive also read somewhere that a gtr afm can be used as an upgrade... is this correct? what would you knowledgeable fellows suggest?
  16. that table i posted up includes 6 sprints, 3 motorkhana's and one hill climb i only ever put in PB but have put in V power racing once and some dodgy fuel once (when i ran out at the sprints had to fill up at that dodgy place down the road)
  17. so you drive your car with 450kw mostly under boost?
  18. my last two were like 35km/h over... they are 6 points
  19. best is 568kms from a tank (took 55 litres to fill) average tank for me is like 460kms (car is r32 gtst with rb20 and a few minor mods)
