When did you last put new spark plugs in? and what sort? Could try cleaning the AFM but I doubt that's it.

Check all the vaccum hoses going to the plenum, if it's just happened all of a sudden then it's probably a vaccum leak.

Marco, Neos require shimming due to the solid lifters. Normal 25s have hydraulic lifters which take up their own clearance.

The VCT on OEM engines is there to give you the best of both worlds.. top end and low end. It has its' benefits in performance applications but most people don't care.. they just give it more revs before they drop the clutch

Yeah basically it is overfueling because the ECU is reading* air that isn't there. On a side note, wtf are you clutching in around a corner? you should always go around corners in gear with clutch out.
