  3. hello, ive currently got a URAS front bar on my ceffy but ive put a deposit down on a brand new bn sports kit, just wondering what people think of each one ?? the pic is of a bn kit
  4. cut a big section out of your reo, i put an r32 kit on my ceffy and there was no way i could get it behind the reo unless i took out the air con(which is no gone anyway)plus the piping wont line up. just get a brand new one from justjap $385 delievered anywhere in oz.
  5. not sure if im in the right place but im buying the top half of a rb20det intake manifold but its missing the ACC valve ive got a complete manifold but i also need this one. what i want to know is what it does and is it easy to put back in ?? cheers people. :sorcerer:
  6. most likely gasket, unless you got water dripping from around your head.
  7. its not meant to cool the oil. its so the oil can keep flowing into the turbo to cool it and preserve the it, hence why cop cordias and vls used to blow there motors cuz they chase ppl, switch them off and 'POP' i reckon there worth it saves hanging around. im a trimmer and we deal with a few ssangyong turbo diesels which have the merc engine and they have a sticker on the driver door saying to cool the engine at idle before switching off, if the manufacturer reckons so id say there a good thing to have. they wouldnt make turbo timers for the hell of it, also my girls old car the mighty nissan langley had a timer standard which you couldnt 'switch' off

  11. try the stepper motor, my ceffy had the same prob after getting serviced especially if its auto the stepper motor has a harder time keeping the revs up. it needs to be freed up cuz it sticks if it keeps doing it you proly need a new stepper motor, nuffing major

  16. first of all, a silvia and an r32 are basically VLs with only 2 doors hmmmmmmm didnt realise the silvia and r32 was made by holden and came with an rb30!? there both cool cars but id prefer the r32, but better yet id get a ceffy!!!!! :sorcerer:

  19. yea it costing me 1650 including freight(god bless the credit card) but id rather pay more to have a nice kit, i was chatting to jairus and he said the quality is out of this world compared to any other kit out there, i wana be able to fit it straight up not have trouble getting a shop to trim and piss around with it !!! Plus its an nz kit, patriotism !!! GO THE ALL BLACKS lol, sorry................ also check out jts cef, it looks mad with the standard series 1 cef rear bar, all ya need is a big arse cannon.......

  21. hey dude if you still having trouble, go to your local nissan parts dealer, i had to get a new regulator for my ceffy, the left rear, it was $180, brand new from japan and came with everything except the motor and was the easiest thing ever to fit, the motor was never made in oz so the cost $600!!!!! from japan.
