  1. And back to the topic.......... Isn't the rb25 bore 86mm? You'll need to get your block bored and get it all balanced out when the stroker kit goes in.

  3. I've got to send the turbo to HKS and see what they say. They want to see if I dropped the turbo or over tighten the nuts. Don't know how they could prove/disprove either. I'm not exaclty the worlds stongest man, hell I'm not even fat, skinny as stick, so I doubt I over tightened the nuts. I definatley did not drop the turbo. Greenline have been good, but they're only the middle man. WISH ME LUCK

  5. I'll have a go with the warranty claim. I swear I put it on right, 4 bolts and a gasket how hard can it be?
  6. I'd love to know that too. I put it on, idled the car till about 70deg, was looking around for leaks, then noticed the crack.
  7. It looks to be cracked the entire way across. Still no crack on the face of the flange or the inside of the turbo. Still think it can be saved?
  8. 0.68, Internal I'll see what Greenline have to say about the warranty, otherwise I'm off to the turbo repairer.
  9. Theres no crack on the face of the flange or the inside of the turbine housing. Just the crack around the outside Got it from Greeenline, don't like my chances of taking it back because its probably my fault. I'm am not answering the question you told me not to answer.
  10. Its a HKS 2835 pro S, brand spanking new. I put it on, did some idlling, that's it.

  12. Can anyone read japanese? See attached pics. Says O2, which I assume is O2 sensor than it says part 43 which is the heat wrap stuff. But what to do with it, I don't know. Not sure if I should put it on the heat shield, because the picture in the manual doesn't have one on it.
  13. WHat did you guys do with this? Looks like a heat shield wrap? Was going to wrap up my oil and water lines?
  14. My 2530 goes from 16psi to 12.5psi at the top. Got an EBC, but have a very quiet restrictive exhaust. Even so, I think the turbo is just too small for top end power. Gives excellent response and mid-range.
  15. I was thinking the Tewakit version is diffierent to the RB and Ford dumps as it says "Garrett 5-bolt dump" Haven't seen a picture though. I'll try and contact them to see the diiference. If not maybe I'll go the 0.82
  16. Has anyone used this one from tweakit.net? http://www.tweakit.net/shop/product_info.p...roducts_id=6598 Its got a garrett 5-bolt dump rather than the Nissan 6-bolt dump. Would that help with the boost control issues?

  21. Blitz LM Intercooler - $500 Little bit of fin damage, core is still in top condition. You'll need a 2.5" silicone joiner, I needed one that came with it. Bought from Dano4127 on here. Got a greddy style plenum so I needed a normal style intercooler.

  24. Are 1 & 3 the wrong way around? On mine the turbo water line that comes through the stock plenum goes to 3 on the bleed valve.
