  1. Hey guys, I'm tired, when I get tired I over eat... looking for energy. When I drink coffee I'm not tired so I don't overeat. I'm not tired all the time but right now quite a bit because recent start of full time work plus gym. Do I over eat or get a coffee dependence? What do you think is worse? I'm eating enough, I don't need the extra food. I'm getting 8.5 hours of sleep a night and I can complete a workout fine, but I still wake up tired enough to constantly nom on things like a trail mix. I try to keep it healthy but it's still sugar and sometimes goes bad.
  2. Hahahaha that's awesome! I finally got my ink spray in the mail the other day. Just need a white singlet and I'll get on it. I like that one, although you're right... it is a little strange on a guy. Maybe he's sick of people wasting time chatting to their mates in between sets? Meh Can't believe how long it's been since I posted last... been busy! Am a little exhausted because I started a full time job a few weeks ago... seems to have taken a toll. Workout has therefore been a bit staggered but just managed to keep it up last week. Legs are covered with bruises from DL's. Other than that everything is peachy! Had a great experience the other day, pretty minimal but very effective in displaying strength gains. Basically my horses need their feet trimmed every 8 weeks but my farrier was injured so they are well overdue. I have the tools so I do a basic job myself some times to buy them some time. One of my horses pretty much leans on you when you do it, it's a bitch! Anyway when I was doing his feet on Saturday they felt feather light. My back was so much stronger and I was able to hold the semi-crouched position with ease. Usually previously I would need to take breaks inbetween doing a hoof but it was so easy this time.   5. Neighing happens, not by me though. Have to herd a spritely colt that's running everywhere except where I need him to go. His neigh is hilarious though. Good exercise walking up and down steep hills!
  6. Geh, gradually burning myself out >.< Just started full time work again, still doing gym, 1 hour commute to work, up doing horse stuff before I leave. Over it, need to sleep for 12 hours! Saturday night... that's my chance to sleep a lot. New supplement: Coffee after 10 months being off it.

  8. Damn you stole my line! Agree that the bar has always been automatically included in my head, but the mind works in crazy ways... if eating dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner makes you try harder then who gives a toss. All psychological.

In my instance it was a case of 'embarrassed after imagining' Class dismissed. Yah I agree on that he's on the thin side, but that's the style I prefer.
  12. Ouch. Ride back wearing shorts only? Eh downhill I do not envy you at all. Even a road pushy with suspension is a bitch! Hard part about the bike is getting your pants and jacket on over sweaty skin. Gets stuck and you have to fight while exhausted >.<

  14. Pretty certain they are all 20kg. Haven't used a 15kg one yet! You will become more picky as you go You cannot simply 'keep in shape' into Mordor >.> Sense this makes none but you get my point. I have being drunk twice last year. 21/9 for and 31/12. Used to have 4 coupons to use up a year.   15. That's a good thread. Biggest agreement is keeping the routine 'basic and simple'. Srsly I have so many people saying do this, do that, should be adding these exercises etc. Honestly if I listened to everyone I'd be doing 100 different exercises a week.
  16. Don't understand why people can't start their weeks on different days. Friggen everyone working on the same body part on the same day. Every machine for a body part-taken. The inefficiency of it irks me.
  17. Wasn't sure if I should post this in here or somewhere in for sale forum... Figured this forum was more relevant. Got some weights and a bench for sale. Both brand new, was going to use them in middle-of-nowhere-land but now I have a job near my gym they are unnecessary. Celsius 50kg weight set, $150 RRP$199 Celsius CX250 weight bench, $190 RRP$299 Can easily find more dets on rebel sport website. If you know anyone who wants something like this please pass this on. I commute from the mornington peninsula to the city regularly so can drop off anywhere along there easily.

  19. Yah they mix lbs and kgs... the lb plates have kg written on them too but they aren't in tens, not so neat, so I just go with the lbs. Easier to remember.
  20. ^yah a shame but it's true it wasn't really a success. Nice idea although can be put in this thread or build threads. Air conditioned gyms? Where?! My apartments gym is a/c but not the best on a hot hot day and it's limited gear so would prefer to wait for the sun to go down and head to a warehouse gym.... Which I thought was most of them.

  22. The heat makes me pass out = not much exercise or progress at all. There's a point where committed becomes stupid. 30 deg is about my max.
