  11. Bloody Gen Ys.... always jumping to conclusions.. PS - open it carefully on a flat surface cause the oil is right up to the top. use a knife to stab the ingredients all the way to the bottom (which is usually dry) so the oil mixes up.
  12. Troy you muppet.. the deadlift for reps is with 100kg. and you want to 1.5 times body weight making it 115? but don't want to hurt yourself? Please explain
  13. Troy YES NO Natural peanut butter is in the "health food" section of woolies - where the protein bars and powders are. the stuff you have is from the same section where the regular peanut butter is but in it's own "MACRO" branded section. Try the Natural one.

Body weight squats for reps bodyweight bench for rep 100kg deadlift for reps chins for reps? 50% bodyweight for overhead press for reps? Other forums make the competitors film the attempt... up to you guys if you want this or not. Winner to get photo taking tips from Birds.
