ARC, Blitz & PWR are all I know of that make turn flow fmic's for skylines. They are all legal and you won't need to cut anything. Coilovers are a bit of a grey one. Seeing as they come out with coilovers technically. You have to keep 2/3 suspension travel and I think from memory it's not allowed to have adjustable height.
