thats what i got told when i wanted to play it at the last SAU lan... PCs wern't fast enough for everyone to play it... im sure you have some nice machines there, but will the ones the SAU guys be using have that spec?? =\ i dont really mind, CSS is fine by me, and im sure the games we play will run fine, and u have a very nice setup their and people should visit you often to use your facilities... =D BTW are we invting mr police man to the lan as well?? i've never said let him pop hoods, has anyone said that? and i dont think anyone else here wants that to happen??? seriousaly! and most of us know that once we get that X next to our name/car were just bigger targets as for regular cruises, what was the gap between bunny cruise 6 and 7? then 7 and 8? we dont normally have regular cruises and once again, for the people the cant seem to read or are too self absorbed: the facts of what is happening is about sticking it to sapol or not, and im not happy for a few member who mostly dont even attend SAU events to say that SAU is against the police and that all of our skylines are now targets!!! what are you going to say to Neil "sorry we cant have you attend a cruise coz SAU has 'banned' them, but dont look on our fourms becuase we still actually have them"? im pritty sure that is just asking for trouble! am i the only person who can see that?

cubes, as far is i know the police have known about every single bunny cruise and thats it. no other organiser has notified the police about a cruise

i think the bold comments from cubes are looking more like where we need to be heading as i dont think we want SAU viewed as a vigilantie/outlaw section of the cummunity? which is where things MIGHT head, and was the point of my previous post the first point of call would be to negotiate with Neil and from that we can decide where to go, but if sapol are going to froce the issue, then we'll have to stop posting up cruises... but where will it end? can we paintball, meet at villis, go-kart, go check out the r35 at mallala, sau dinners, sau calanders? where will we draw the line (no pun intended)? =\

WOW!!!! some of you people just dont get it =\ stand back, read the threads again, then note: 1) the Stags didn't invte the police 2) Kellie didn't invtie them either, she was just for warning us 3) the police are wanting to "work with" us rather than against 4) by banning these cruises you are: a) turning us into an underground organisation b) condeming us to be against the police c) giving the police another reason to target our cars and any car with an SAU sticker on it i think everyone (including the police) need some time for all this to cool before we go making any snap desicions... so, because some kid died in a car accident its ruined all SAU events from now on? i kinda expected a little more from you madaz =\ and how is a "crusing tonight" thread going to bring us any less attention? now police will just know that we are out, and since we can't work with them they'll just be on the look out for us regardless, because like it or not we are now ALL hoons???? i think some of you guys need to look at both sides of the coin and that being said, looking under hoods is just wrong!!! sure, come to a meet, check our tyres, take down our regos... but if you belive us to be the responsible section of the car enthusiast community you could give us some slack until you know we did something wrong! show your face, keep the mum and dads happy, tag along for a little bit... i think they were asking too much trust from us, they need to show us some trust first!!
