  13. aaron the lines werent bent at all. it just wouldnt fit. my dad used to be a motor mechanic, he helped with the job. none of the lines lined up. im not fussed we aligned the turbo to suit. it just annoyed me cause it took a long time rotating the housings. other than that the turbo works just fine. happy with it

  15. i didnt purchase the max over size hiflow and im finding it quite good. its abit laggy due to the car not being tuned. plus my gain was turned right down, running stock boost at the moment. oh yea..did i mention it flutters MAD!!!! LOL.
  16. my car isnt tuned to this new setup. it is laggy but its not tuned, boost comes on at 2800. i havent pushed it past 3,500rpm cause its not tuned. in order to put it on we had to adjust/rotated the front and rear housings. we had to do this 6 times to get it spot on. the water lines closest to the strut tower was a problem so i had to do up all the lines first then put the turbz on the manifold last. the turbo sounds very nice regardless. when something isnt standard its difficult to "fit straight in" in most cases. im just happy my car is back on the road the flutter is very quick and not very loud, but you can hear it nicely. (grins)As soon as i hit over 3500 rpm the bov works normal and gives me the psssh noise. as i said, just happy to have my car back
  17. i knew what i was doing after the turbo aligned. just got the car back on the road!!!!!!! oh yeah. great flutterz lol took us 6 hours.

  21. yes i know what to do now. i have to crank the car first a couple times then start it for 10 mins. the oil lines were modified like aaron said. my dad and i are workin on it. just wasnt sure if i could rotate it. heres my number. i wont be on the net now. gotta try n work this out 0433447630
  22. this turbo is pissing me off something stupid. if this turbo is for the rb25det hiflow is straight bolt on shouldnt it be that i dont have to rotate it to line up? now is this going to void my warranty if i rotate it?
  23. if i unbolt the housing it will line up. will it move anything though? would it be ok if i loosen the housing and just rotate it? can someone gimme there number so i can explain better?
