with my stock turbo it never fluttered but i didnt have a front mount either so i dont know there

cause it dosent have enough pressure to open it. i heard it will only open at 10psi and up? correct me if im wrong please on another note i had to ajust/bend my actuator forward so the wastegate stays closed when im not boosting. i fixed that today and boost comes on much earlier

LTHLRB that is not the case even with me. i had to rotate front and rear housing about 4 times to get it spot on. and no i didnt bend any lines what so ever *im not flaming anyone but this was the case

i just came back from a drive. turbo feels awesome and flutters just like yours under 4,000rpm sounds like a jet taking off when boost pressure increases

minimum usage degreaser on your engine bay for starters, wash the engine with soap and keep it running so nothin earths out. then polish all the paint inside your engune bay..thats what i did.And regular polishes every 2-3 months. as far as mods go purchase a full 3inch turbo back exhaust, get some nice rims and lower your car. then if you want to boost it up follow the sticky trhread in forced induction performance. good luck with your new car mate
