  1. I had a factory upgrade done on my V35, that set me back $450.
  2. May pay to go down to your local mechanic, get them to stick it on a hoist and try from there. Taking off the front bumper and then refitting it perfectly is DEFINITELY not an easy task.
  3. Could also try that chicken in a can? 85gm serve is usually $1.50 so down 2 of those with a side of carbs and thats a meal.
  4. I hear ya mate, ive read that on countless of websites then again il read something that contradicts it and further still some guy in the gym will start a convo and throw me off on a whole different tangent! I found this also: http://www.leehayward.com/howmanycal.htm Can usually spot the juice junkies, even on their cutting phases. To me this guy looks all natural.
  5. Im in two minds, good so we can have all local service history, fuel usage, parts etc but bad cos we will be paying luxury car pricing
  6. Also just came across this: http://www.themotorreport.com.au/49912/inf...stralian-launch
  7. I heard they were planning to return to Oz in 2013, due to the popularity of V's that are being imported as well as the fact that Lexus has dominated the market for too long and other companies such as Eunos died miserably in the arse!
  8. Sweet ride, lots of luck with the sale mate i hope you dont get too many lowballing dreamers.
  9. Yea might have to, i'll stick to this for roughly 8 weeks and assess the results then. Been lifting for 2yrs now and i understand the whole slow and steady wins the race concept as opposed to those who use gear, apparently having great "genes"
  10. A natural bodybuilder, did some calculations for me using the Katch Mcard (?) Formula and that was the result.
  11. Im around 5'7", Started off at a scrawny 65kg and currently weigh 72kg with little fat but nothing major. Ive spread my diet over 6 meals for a total of 2,484 cals and using the 40/40/20 ratio total 211gm protein, 239gm carbs and 65gm fat. All this comes from lean meats, complex carbs and protein shake.
  12. Holy smokes, ive got a long way to go! Thanks for the much needed advice mate
  13. Hey guys, im looking to put on some more size so ive worked out my new diet and split routines etc Just wondering on how "heavy" to go for each set? I was planning on the whole 1rep max method eg 1rep max 100kg bench will equate to me doing: 1 warmup set of 10 reps @50kg 1 semi work set of 8 reps @60kg 1 work set of 8 reps @70kg 1 work set of 8 reps @80kg Providing i can do these with perfect form etc is this effective or should i be warming up/working heavier?
  14. http://www.thepumpingstation.com/1repmax.html A great little tool to help you workout what you should be lifting per set, ie 10reps warmup, 10reps touch heavier, 8 reps work set then 8 reps heaviest work set.
  15. Struth, are Rachael and Beck the only car models in Adel haha everybody uses them!
  16. Depending on brand, also if you get all the bells and whistles like anti lift incase suckers want to put your car on the back of a truck etc anywhere from $350 to $600+
  17. Harsh but true...its a beautiful thing.
  18. If i did decide to go this route, would it be the H1 or D2R kit? I searched the OSRAM site and they say its D2R for HID but i thought id check :S
  19. Take a dive into prestige world, 2005 M3 competition pack. If i could spare $100k or so, thats where its at for me.
  20. BOOOOOOOO go on rexnet! Lol kidding, congratz on the new purchase its very clean looking. Now take out a personal loan and get your butt down to S&J for some performance packs
  21. He decided to settle on private interstate buys lol friggin knuckle head! I told him to get the full stateroads inspection also, that saved my life on my last car as i scored a real beauty in NSW.
  22. I'll do my best, ive shown him the example with my car. As much as he loves the savings that can be had, the 2-3mth wait is the deal "killer" for him as is the inability to get finance until the car is psychically owned/registered.
  23. Thanks guys, appreciate all the help. I'll point him to Sinergy for local stuff, he checked Iron Chef website but didnt see any in stock that caught his eye. Haha markups galore, cant say thankyou enough to Kristian for the baby i have getting complied. Saved me at LEAST $2k-$5k id say.
  24. HKS Hi Power is a friggin beast, love the sound/tone! If police pressence is an issue, then the HKS Hi Power Silent is available too and dont be fooled by the name as you still get a respectable bark.
  25. If it was importing then yea id recommend him, my current experience is going smoothely! Mate wants physical stock ready to go, no waiting on anything.
