Mr R32 M-Spec

Will this work guys, my car will be going to just jap in a couple of weeks as it is almost on the dreaded 100, 000KM's . They are charging the best price for a service including the water pump which most places mentioned at an extra cost. I was going to have them take mine off an fit the High flowed R33 items they exchange with cash. the only thing I want to know is, will it drive almost like it does now? or will it run like a dog (ie rich, spluttering and not boosting). I am going to get a power FC after xmas with a blitz boost controller. I just wanted to know will it drive like it does now, maybe better or will it be worse and the computer needs to be done straight away. cheers guys mark

do you think the police would fine or charge you if they found you carrying a small batton just inside the door, say if you use the excuse about "there have been alot of car jackings lately and you guys aren't always around when needed...." how do you think that would go down?

A guy I know owns a phat looking 01WRX. really nice car. goes reasonably well and looks hot. he also lives in bankstown, so I was told the other day the cops pulled him over and when they were checked over the car discovered a metal batton he has made for himself. when the police questioned him on it he explained what it was for and where he lived with the type of car he drove, they let him off.

My friend with a 92' 180sx, minor mods. only making 143 RWKW and had a few problems at the time. he pulled up to an older guy in a 2003 Clubsport(auto) and the guy had his wife in the car. they both took off normally and then the guy just booted it and so did andy. they were equal untill they backed off. next set of lights the guys looked rather dissappointed and his wife looked rather annoyed not the best place to test out speedand quickness,but you just get caught up in the moment I guess.

I wanted a GTS4 but the only manual turbo one I could find had dints all over it and wanted tooooo much for the shatted out condition. Other wise I would have bought one and done the GTR conversion later on when I had the dosh.

Yeah I know, but 4WD can really help alot. Would love to spend that much money but it just wouldn't be recoverable at all if you were to sell it. oh well, will just keep this till I can afford a GTR :D

settle down, yeah i know you didn't say that. I quite liked the ride last night. but just from the few other cars I have been in it feels like my car lacks something. I could imagine what 30K could do easily for my car. different engine to start with, but the only problem is in the end, it will still be an R32 GTST. I don't know, its just something different, I don't see too many R32's around, but I saw one yesterday and it had a GTS25T sticker on the boot lid. so I will assume it has an RB25 in it, didn't know the last of the R32s came with them. I wouldn't mind a track weapon, I have done some suspension stuff and it feels tighter now, but we were hammering along to palm beach last night and I couldn't keep up around the corners, he left me for dead and no matter how hard I pushed I couldn't catch up and the gap only got wider till the straight. I would still prefer a GTR, but I don't see myself getting either in the near future. still too much out of my grasp, supposed to save for a house but like modding my car too much.

I don't know jim, I quite liked it and would swap my GTST interior for Evo interior any day. I loved the firmness of the seats. I tend to move round in mine a bit. The interior seemed to be of a good quality build.

I thought the HKS KANSAI Evo VII was the fastest on that circuit at the moment? yeah I know GTR's have great potential. but i am just saying because we all love nissans we can't dismiss the other great cars out there, I fall into that trap far too often thanx for the cool pics franks.

Now I will always be a nissan fanatic, ever since I saw a GTR, since I drove my old silvia. but last night a guy took me for a spin in his Evo IV. GOD DAMN! I was almost ready to go out and sell my GTST and take out the load for the extra 30K the thing just pulls with acceleration and corners hard. At wakefield we went side by side and when we both flattened it. he pulled away from me. Maybe its only my car, but I feel that it lacks alot of grunt, it doesn't pull as hard. I have always wanted a GTR, but if the opportunity came up, I would buy an Evo. Although I have never been for a ride in a GTR. so if someone wants to help out there, that would be great cheers mark

Alrighty guys, I am doing a brake upgrade soon as I have discovered I need new discs and want the extra money. asking price now is HALF of what I paid, so I have learnt my lesson in not to buy stuff you aren't using straight away asking price is now $600.00

And they will book you for anything that they can, accelerating too fast is one of them. but I don't think its our fault that every other shit box on the road can't get to 60km/h that fast. I think that fine you got is bullshit xplosv

how much was the clutch? I am thinking of doing mine soon, a guy recomended the Nismo Cushion/button clutch he said he could install for $1200 in my R32. have to get that noisy bearing done aswell.

Hey guys, hasn't been my week. went to a suspension place onsaturday and they told me that the rubbers on the ends of the swaybars are gone, so no biggy, get them replaced. then there was a crack in the castor rod, no probs get them replaced with a wheel alignment, now the whole thing feels tight with the new swaybars in place . but I have had an electrical gremlin for a while so I left it at an electrician since monday morning. they think they have fixed the problem which makes my alarm go crazy and lose all power to everything in the car (no not the battery, that is only new). thought I might get the air confixed up while its there and they have had to retrofit it with the new gas because mine was R12. Thought that was weird cause mine is a 93 model, but oh well. called him up and now he said the air con is working intermittently, on 1 sec, off the next. so he is trying to work that out. but also that before I took teh car down there, my bonnet catch bracket was a little rusty and has snapped, so I get my car back tommorow and it goes straight down to the smash repairer to get that fixed. hope it goes well after this, I want to get my new brakes in the next few weeks which cost $1200 fitted with new pads and discs all round. anyone else having a bad week?
