Yeah it's an absolute prick! I have done research on the grease method and understand it fully. It seems to work s treat on the manual spigot bush as there is space behind it where the incomparable substance can push the spigot out however with the AUTO one there is no space behind it so I don't think the grease method will work? Anyone here removed the rb25det auto spiggot using the grease method? I'm starting to think to use a tap or grind it down and collapse - just done want to damage any of the crank.

R33 N/a Manual Conversion - Compatible Gearboxes?
H@ME replied to Hobbo33's topic in Drivetrain and transmission
Sorry to drag up an old post and i perhaps someone can put me in the right direction. HAve a auto r33 series 1.5. Just wondering is the rb25de and tails haft going to be a direct bolt up?? cheers. -
FYI - Had this issue also today in my girlfriends 95 r33 gist series 1.5. I pulled apart blower motor ran 12v directly to it - it ran fine checked all fuses and relays - all worked fine. identified the module discussed above. thought to myself...wonder if r32 is the same (have an r32 race car with no a/c - i located the module - looked different. had different part number but plug was the same and it directly fitted. Turned back on climate control..and heater fan worked...! So FYI can use r32 item in r33. Cheers.

R32 Gtst Brake Problem (Please Have A Gander)
H@ME replied to H@ME's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
Hey, again thanks for you reply! So compete this with all sides? I just picked up a pair of r33 callipers and bolted them on so use the pads that were in there. Will give this a go also! -
R32 Gtst Brake Problem (Please Have A Gander)
H@ME replied to H@ME's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
Hey man, no abs unit on this model. Yes I bleed longest line to shortest line from the BMC - I have bled the brakes 3/4 times - still coming up with the same problem. Really odd - fluid goes down then returns - soft brake pedal - goes to the floor. -

R32 Gtst Brake Problem (Please Have A Gander)
H@ME replied to H@ME's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
Hey! Thanks for your replies! I will take booster off and inspect further. With a faulty booster would this still cause fluid to go into the system then return (after pumping pedal 4/5 times constantly). Brake pedal feels as if there are no brakes and there is no pressure on the pads. When bleeding the brakes there was no pressure of fluid coming through my brake bleeder. After 6 odd pumps I open the nipple and it just dribbles not squirts. Cheers, Hame. -
R32 Gtst Brake Problem (Please Have A Gander)
H@ME replied to H@ME's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
Thanks mate doesn't it seem a little odd that I have tried three and all have done the same? It does make a suck, blow sound when pressing the pedal but i think this is the seal on the booster. -
