    hitman charge $250 for install and tune. i have never heard negative feedback about this workshop. every1 on this forum is recommending them EDIT: don't know if that cost includes use of a dyno or not though

    54 in a 50 zone, that's harsh i was told by a friend/copper a while ago that fixed camers only pin you if you're doing 10% or greater than the posted speed limit

    i think there used to be 2 speed cameras on the spit bridge in mosman, sydney, right next to each other, and they took 1 away because people were getting booked twice for the same offence. but if it's at different times of the day, i don't like your chances of appeal

    what about a celica gt4 AWD turbo can usually find a few for around the the 10K mark, and shouldn't too high on insurance i'm not a fan of them, but kinda fits your criteria
