Just want to hear what people think of microtech computer, I did a search and didnt find to much. Is the microtech worth putting in my car or should i stay with a PFC.

Hey Guys and Girls, Iam thinking of putting in a microtech computer in my GTR, Atm i have a Power FC, Just wanted to hear what people have to say about the microtech pros and cons, One pro is you dont need Afm's i like that idea Because iam pushing just over 300kw with standed afm's. If it only when you are boosting its fine, Just fuel maybe running rich but nuffin to get to scared about.

I dont Know where to get ones like this from it came with the car, and yes it is vented but i put a hose to run down to the bottem of the car so Cop's dont give me a epa for it, Its ilegal to have a filter on it.

Are you sure the insurance campany wont cover you? I am pretty sure if they let you get insurance with them iam pretty sure they would pay for damages.

Way can't imports be cheaper to run .

Cut and polish is good, But it starts to go inside the lense that's when it get's hard to clean R33 light's are the worst for this problem.

I have Garrett 25-60rs on low boost it set on 14psi and hi boost it's set to 18psi, When i get my car retuned what do you guys recomend a safe boost level would be.

Hi Guys, Ok Just want some info on hi and low boost tune how does it work, I have a Power FC and a Profec B, When they tune it on low boost Does it read a diffent map then when it's on hi boost, Because if they tuned it only on one of the settings wouldnt it lean or be to rich and not run as good as it should? My GTR has a vented bonnet also, When it rains it scares the hell out of me. I have no gargage so i put a car cover over my car, I am sort of lucky the water hit's the fan so it's really not going on the top of my engine lucky because i have no engine covers.

I have a few mates that have brought there car's from nsw to save some money, And they dont regret it one bit, But you do need to do your home work.

That's my vote, that's the best so far.

Man i remember they had 10sec packages and the fastest car they built ran something like 12sec and they sold Na FMIC for vl's, So they look fully sick but where not even turbo.

Didnt jspec in camberfeild close down like 2years ago and leave there clients cars at there work shop and just took off with out telling anyone.

The Question for how many times you get pulled up by the police, If your on your P's most likey every time they see you well that what happens to me. But if you have a full licence you should be ok.

On my set up i use a bosch 044 intank and use Sard 660cc injectors on high boost my car makeing over 300kws and it fine, So use that as a guide u dont realy need to go 800cc.
