that sucks ash, i had the exact same thing happen to me last year when i was with the commonwealth bank. new card, same pin, they activated it and went in and took money out without any photo id. they even make their own signature up and the teller didnt even check. shows how good their security was. in that mail raid i had a fine stolen which i had to go to court about and cost me a bundle and other private crap. i got lucky because the police caught the guy because he was on the train with no ticket and found him with my card and cash, i didnt get it all back but some. i got called down to the cop shop and they wouldnt even let me look at the guy due to privacy shit. they can kiss my ass he stole my shit i wanna either option 1: kick the shit outa him till hes in a pool of blood option 2 :see him ad take his details for future refference
