dishwashing liquid and water in a spray pump bottle to clean it. let it sit for 10mins with the detergent on it then wash off with clean water. let dry for a few hours (never use compressed air) and lightly re-oil. get the k&n oil from autobarn or any of the abovementioned store in the previous post. i have seen no-name brand oil in a spray can but dont know where to get it.

They seem to be slow at the moment. I needed a new program written for my ecu (already have datalogit and associated hardware) and it took them 3 weeks just to do that.

gotta wash air filter tonite too... ive spent my last 5 weekends working on my car and every weeknight working my second job. a bit sick and tired of it all really. i'll be glad when its tuned tomorrow, then i can just drive it.
sweet. did you buy the 2-pack? i got the single 74gb and a raid 0 2x 120gb wd sata 7200's. goes alright. flogs photoshop and autocad and dvd stuff. thats all i wanted
spewin about the gauge! i was thinking if i get semi-serious about drag racing id widen my stock rims to 275/50/16 or something. just cut them down the middle and weld a big hoop in them
yeah, i can launch it nearly perfect on the street, but the track is another story... very sticky, another few hundred rpm id say on launch and a much harder follow thru into the revs in 1st & 2nd
i see you're bidding for a powerfc.. watch those second hand ones! i got burt a little. the hc was rooted but he gave me back 200 for it. and the ecu is an older version rom and doesnt do data logging thus the tune method gav is using.
yeah they get pretty hot, im still 'testing' i guess. i might move them if its a problem. gav seemed to think it was ok tho so i think they'll stay that way. i've actually cleaned up the hoses a bit too - hidden them (if thats possible)
true. but last i knew they just hire the stuff from bd4's. dont know what the go is now.
true. but the FconV Pro version 3.0 and higher are in english i believe.

damn.
yeah, its never ending money being poured into it now. but after tomorrow the spending will stopp and the fun will start got my oil catch can setup in too. ill post a pic, looks 'tech'.
yep, gav will be doing it. its not a straight forward tune. my ecu is weird and he has to tune it on a dyno actually watching the knock, fuel and timing in real time. bit of a bastard.
