I have just found that my stock aribox has slowy broken all the clips off. Except 1. What I had noticed on full boost the other day I chagned gear and i heard a funnny noise and than a metal sound hitting the pavment. Thought was a hose clamp at first. Anyway lost another clip to my airbox. Now I have an old air filter that needs to be changed. So thats on the list and well was going 2 get a new airbox at the same time. I have an R32 gts-t (One in my avatar) Stock BOV, FMIC , and Bosch 040 Fuel pump. Running aprox 12pound of boost. Before changing intercool from stock, I noticed that my airbox had most of the clamps broken on it. Now thinking it might have something to do with high boost and stock bov wich is plumped back into the system. Questions. 1. Is this a normal thing? 2. will this screw my air flow meter 3. What can i do to fix it if it's a problem. Anyway got anything you want to say just though it in. Thanx.

Just spent all day friday trying to fit my GK Technologies Intercooler kit to my r32 gts-t on friday. I just cant seem to get her on right. If anyone could help with this. If you have photo's or comments on how to fit it. I have an r32 GTR Bar on the car, Just cant seem to get the pipes to meet up just right. Im hoping it's just a installers incompetence thing. :-) Thanx.

Anyone been booked for having after market inter cooler in the front mount variety? I have heard a story that your car can be pulled off the road for beeing structurely modified.

Does anyone know what the exact the laws on front mount intercoolers upgrades on cars where stock item was side mounted? Like to know what it basicaly says, It seems that every one who has a skyline / silvia has put one on so must be ok. Just like to know, Especialy QLD Law? Thanx.

Indicators on series 2 are all orange. S1 has little bits of orrange on a clear plastic. The GTS-t in the non TypeM disapeard in S2. Only Type-m from S2 for the GTS-t. Series 1 had the option of GTS-t or GTS-T TypeM. (type M has the bigger brakes) Front bar changed, S2 has like a grill insert. S1 is a whole bar. Grained center console cover in s2 which is gray not black. S1 had plain black. Side GT badges gets a splash of paint in S2, but S1 is left unpainted. Blue background cluster in S1, S2 has grey.

Thanx for the info. The high pressure fuel hose clamp where can u get them. Repco? Do they just look like the pipe clamps you buy for your radiator.

Ok want to install my fuel pump very soon. I got it l8 last week. What i need to know is what i need to stick the fuel pumps fuel output to the the fuel lines. I went down to repco and the guys there showed my some hose clamps. Now is that going 2 b good enough. After many of searches on the forum I found a picture Trying to figure out what he has done and where he got the stuff & what I need to do the work.

Is that necessary. If your @ idle u dont need alot of fuel being pumped or are there other reasons why it's a good practise to ground it properly. -

DO you need to wire directly from battery or will the 040 pump b ok off of the stock wiring. Will just not pump it's maximum pumping capcity when on stock wiring. My guess with wiring off of the battery is that the ignition crontrolls the relay that switches the pump on throught the battery is that right? -
I'm looking at installing a bosch 040 fuel pump. I have looked through alot of the forums, just one question. do I need to get any bit;s to hook the fuel pump onto the fuel lines (like pipe connectors) and if so Where would i find them. Is there alot of modding to get the 040 in. On post said it gets turned or somthin like that.. not in stock position anwyay.

Were is the extra bar on the tpye M.. Cus that's the r32 i have. If it's the acutal metal piece on the bumpa then im all good cuz i had to cut it out for the gtr front bar. I realy dont want to cut a hole, but I'm going to know and I'll do it myself.. Just dont trust other people with my car when comes to things like that. Just though some money in on a group buy on an GKtech FMIC.

Was thinking aqbout putting in an intercooler for my r32 gts-t. Just like to know the pro's and con's of a front mount intercooler that runs through stock pipping vs ones were u buy or make a piping go back up to the motor via the right side of the car. I realy dont want to cut a hole in my car, That's why im looking at the alternate options at the moment. Thanx

I saw a picture somewhere on this site I think it was of a r32/r34 conversion. Someone also mentioned that the kit is illegal in australia becuase it was to wider kit for the body... But he might of been telling stories..... If i come across it again. or any more info I'll drop it buy. btw it looked good from the front... Like a real r34 but the back was a let down i thought.

Hey liners, just have recently got a bit of rust starting up on the top of my roof due to a truck loosing some of it's load while driving past. It took a little bit of paint off the roof but becuase of the rain and just being exposed it's devoloped rust. Were would be the best place to get this repaired / removed. I'd like to maybe even get a full inspection awsell.

U cant get anything bigger than a 6" speakers in the fron doors. ( in there stock hole anyway) A little hard getting wires throught the file wall. but not 2 hard, nothing a coat hanger cant fix. That's about all i have to say about problems I had on my install.
