  1. NFI what your on about Damo.....that makes perfect sense
  2. spot on there Luke.....what they produce and what their live sets are like are completely different....and yes you have to play this sort of music out loud on a bangin sound system other wise you might as well be listening to 20's folk songs
  3. like most people have mentioned....turbo cars + black smoke = normal/good.....lol you would rather have your car run rich then lean..... on the news of BW moving up north is farking awesome......no more driving through peak hour traffic to get there for a tune.....the guys there are awesome bunch of lads and are happy to always help.....
  4. could use it in this weather too.....f**king shocking down here in the south east
  5. most good underground DJ's have gone all commercial on us....and have started to produce cheesy stuff....i prefer to listen to some good underground trance.....if i wanted to hear commercial stuff like they play at HQ or club 58 or any other club in that fact i would just stay home and listen to Nova.....i used to love David Guetta but after his "one love" cd i am not so interested in his beats that much anymore....on the other hand i could listen to awesome DJ's like Marcus Schulz all day long.....
  6. tokyo taxi anyone???? nice slider there Chad....slap on a taxi sign on top and big f off "tokyo taxi" stickers on the side
  7. yep i was there for that....it was a awesome set, awesome night, fair few hotties too......i personally believed that management would have kept it going but i got told that their liquor license is what made then stop....sucks aye
  8. keep your eye on the main for sale section....you can nab a bargain from some of the sellers.....also give the forum traders a PM and see what they can do for ya.....or habib-ebay.....online traders most of the time have them in stock and are decent in price good luck mate
  9. all the DJ's i know Tangles do live mixing....no pre-recorded crap..... oh and steve there is another thing in the world of DJing is that you have to play to the crowd.....keeping people on the dance floor is what all the DJ's strive for.....you cannot just go from uplifting to hard banging beats in a matter of 2 -3 tracks....in the trance scene i know that if the main act playing from 12-2 is going to be a hard trance then the other acts from the start would play a lot harder uplifting tracks then slowly progress into the hard stuff
  10. Thats not bad with Tydi and Marlo in the one place......should be nice.....yeah my mate 2J is playing the starting set from 9:30-10:30 i think so it will be nice and uplifting.....i am thinking of doing the whole Summadayze and shebang up at QLD.......so it should be a good time out DJ's that premix their shit arent actual DJ's IMHO......a DJ needs to do live mixing on his set and thats when you can say whether he is a good DJ or a bad DJ ie one who can mix compared to one who is shockingly bad.....otherwise i could get pre-recorded shit off the net and play it day in and day out at my set's and then i am a wicked DJ.....even though i have no clue of mixing.....get my point
  11. its hard to find a good club with DJ's who actually do live mixes instead of playing it off their laptops eeech......and i have developed a hating for MC's in the trance scene
  12. looking forward to these new hoodies....umm
  13. couldnt have said it any better.....most of the new clubs open up play cheesy electro/house/prog/dance and once they are relatively well known then they just play shit.....i am a fan of Earth atm with the music being played in there....my mate is a DJ there as well and most of the stuff is really good house/trance....i think HQ has some trance event on this friday might go and check it all out
  14. that wont be too hard pimpin brings in the money Damo....just read the rules Fumo blue anyone???? Definitely have to check this new apple bar out one night.....maybe make it SAU chillers night...
  15. planning in advance....you know the drill

  17. wow thats looks fair awesome...good to hear that they managed to turn such a shitty place into a really upperclass bar.....i remember the good old times had at the old church.....when is the reopening Daniel???
  18. i am highly disappointed that i missed out on this event...due to work commitments i was out of radelaide so that didnt help either......sounds like an awesome night....will try to make it out to the next one.....
  19. i lol'd so hard at those retarded 4 points.....wtf is with the wheel nuts, i cannot use standard wheel nuts on my wheels as they wont even come close to fitting.....i am getting more and more worried about these wanna be uneducated cops trying to issue a defect because in their eyes we are all hoons and should be off the road..... as far as i was aware in regards to the bucket seat, you wont be able to have a fixed back in a 2 door car registered as 4 seater.....you would have to ditch the rear seats plug all the holes and crap and then reregister it as a 2 door 2 seater car and that way you can have both front seats as fixed back......well this is what i was told when i last when through regency
  20. a bit too late in getting to that graysonline site....there were a few items that i would have like to pick up arrg
