  1. Look and sounds normal Are you sure it's not the sway bar doing its tricks? Hence why you were having difficulty on one side?
  2. Exact reason why we need to ignore it, for the lulz
  3. Ignore the background picture on the vid: This is another good one:
  4. Yes - couple of articles regarding the sensor: http://www.r33gt-r.com/2012/06/tarzan-g-box-digital-g-sensor-from-do.html http://www.speedhunters.com/2012/06/the-gt-r-gets-tarzan-ed/

  8. Not much help as i haven't done the conversion myself but is in the process of doing it for my s15, from the limited research i did when i was working out how to upgrade Generally the only plug and play for S-chassis are from the gtst model, gtr driveshaft wouldn't fit the s15 diff afaik the splines are different on both end (diff and hub side) Only way to use the gtr driveshaft is to swap the whole gtr rear end The gtst half shaft is 6x1 but i believe is not as strong as the gtr driveshaft
  9. Bump! Price drop $2800 ono - if you are local in WA, looking to swap for CE28N or TE37 in GTR spec Front tyres - still thread left Rear tyres - still legal but close to marker The front rims are all gutter rash free and one rear wheel has two marks on the below As you can see, the marks are not that bad but if you are fussy, drop it off to a machine will definitely clean this up
  10. Cheers for the advice guys - yeah dont think i wanna take any chances, have a track day to attend this weekend so will probably do it after! I've lightly zip tie it to the handbrake cable for now just for a piece of mind but i have tested the car with hard braking and cornering and the line does not rub Yes - i'm not sure what my mechanic was thinking! Wasn't an issue with my 18s as there was heaps of room but instantly became a problem when i went 17s
  11. Hey all, Just after some advice on the below situation After putting in new wheels, just realised that the brake lines are rubbing on the wheels after a short drive, lucky found out before any disaster happened Luckily the lines aren't leaking so only cosmetic damage as far as i can see I've bent it slightly so it will clear but i'm not sure if this is the long term solution or if any hard braking is going to make the lines rub on the wheels again Was looking to loosen the rear caliper banjo bolt and adjust the lines facing down so it clears the wheels better My question here is, if i apply brake pressure and loosen the rear caliper banjo bolt, do i still need to bleed the brakes? Thanks all
  12. Random but do you happen to have the spare wheel for sale? Thanks

  17. Hi all, Looking to offload this set of wheels, those who know me will know that i'm setting up the car for track so these wheels do not fit into the equation now hence me putting it up for sale. Specs of wheels: The F in the 57F stands for Forged which means it is stronger than the normal 57/57s pros which are normally cast 2 piece Colour: Noble Gold 5 x 114.3 F: 18 x 9 +24 A Disk (for maximum brake clearance) with Bridgestone RE002 225/40/18 R: 18 x 10 +34 O Disk (for maximum dish) with Bridgestone RE002 235/40/18 Comes with Rays GT high Center cap (200 bucks option) Front tyres have abit of life left, but rears are close to marker, guesstimate about 30% for front and 10% for rear Picture below shows it clearing gtr brembos Not splitting rims and tyres as i'm downsizing to 17s and no swap as well as i've already purchased track rims A tiny 5 cent rash on one wheel (not kerb rash, its very minor hence i didnt get it fixed), the rest of the wheels have no rash Price: $3000 ONO Fitment: on my s15, it's running on -2 camber all round for the fitment It will fit s14s, s15s, chasers, fd, r33 gtst with the correct camber - please do your own research on what fits Best to contact me by PM or mob Zero4Zero2 77two one98 Thanks!
