for 4 k i reckon i could get 250 rwkw easy..... not sure about 300
going back abit and off topic (in regards to sydney kids and meggala's discussion) my car makes 360rwhp atm and i drive it everyday with out any hassles and brings back 300km to the tank. costed me $80 in fuel to drive it from syd to bris and with 3/4 of tank left in it. the clutch is hard and i do drive through city traffic. my car feels as normal as any other car untill boost hits at 4k then its hold on. personally i think a 300rwkw rb25 with forgies thats serviced regulARly and looked after can be driven every day with ease. thats my 2c
not too sure i think its leave your car complete pick it up complete ready to drive but thats the price he quoted me with forgies and he said the plenum that i have has bench flowed and apparently flows much much better then standard. best to speak to rob at there new work shop in smithfield.
..here is some help... my car "click here to view " had a rb30/25 conversion done. it had forged pistons, i thought it had shot peened rods but it didnt.. it made a max of 566rwhp and was driven on this engine at that hp for 1.5yrs everyday before an injector failed which caused the engine to seize. tony rigoli asks 4k for the complete conversion drive in and out with new head studds and some other sh*t. personally i think the rb30 is one of the best bottom ends every built by nissan.
hahah shat we both posted at the same time... ye dennis's car.. i saw it like 3 months ago F**k its quick, he raced my mates gtr and was head to head with it... what cheap things can get u to do
ok cool... well ive got a series 1 and some guy told me the spoiler up down button is for rear spoiler!! well i got a gtr kit on it now and it doesnt seem to move
Not sure if any one else has this but what does the SFC mean. Its located below the rear windscreen wiper, little black sticker with sfc writting on it.
Also the spoiler up spoiler down button, wtf does this do???? i have never seen these buttons on a r33 gts-t.
ss8 gohan.. im not building the v8 twin turbo skyline, btw its the nissan q45 engine.. its just got around to me through word and mouth... but there is a long story behiind that... still 750rwhp i would be very happy with that and a top speed of 320kmh!!!!
im new to this... enquiring to know if any of you will be cruising to the coast tonight if so were will you meeting up at and at what time or do you all usually just hook up at bwcp
do you guys meet up any were on sat nights before you all cruise down??? i might be heading down tonight to the coast... would be good to cruise with a few skylines
ive seen 316 hp, standard manifold... to4 turbo external waste gate, bigger fuel pump, adjustable fuel reg, chip, 2 extra injectors front mount 3inch tbo back exhaust. 12.3 1/4 mile 11.8 with 25hp shot of gas,
abit off topic and good luck with the build, just thought id let you know, im smelling nissan v8 twin turbo in a r33 to be completed by the end of the year (not by try09).... personally i think it will surprise every one... cant wait to see peoples faces when it comes out.
i didnt run last night because im selling my car... its killing me!!! if i come back from overseas and i havent sold the car... i will be boosting so it makes 450rwhp, buy some slicks then take it down the 1/4.... otherwise i wont be seeing the 1/4 for a long time... i just had to come out and watch... cant stay at home when u know the runs are on!!
i have blitz ebc, 5 stages of boost i have the warning light aswell for max peak in boost but i have no idea on how to use the sh!t as in changing the boost settings... seems a bit difficult but then again im abit scared to use it other wise i think its excellent
personally i think 20k is reasonable seeing as though im asking for 32k for my car... Its hard to find a well built car in good condition and that r32 with rb26 for 23k, i would of had to see it to believe it... then again sometimes you do find bargains like that.
well when i turned 16 my 1st car was a 13sec rx2, when i got my p's i had a 11.3 sec rx3 coupe... then again my dads an ex drag racer so he taught me how to drive well + driving lessons and driver training courses and close incidents teach people alot.
